Colin has had like 20 arguements since the series began and i can already tell his mental health will decline quickly

I think Collin's aaaalmost right. Sending Rachel away could give him time to get closer to Bane, finding out what the problem is, and teaching rachel basic manners. He could talk to Dylan for him and the animatronics to be harsher with her and teach her how she's not perfect, and that's ok. Will he think about it? No. Will i be here to watch it all go down? Absolutely yes.

One thing I do want to point out about Bane and Ray’s argument is that the last time Colin tried to take control and manage his restaurant, they tried to kill him. Sure, he was yelling at everyone when he should’ve been only yelling at one animatronic, but that doesn’t make it okay to kill him. Bane and Ray are honestly just acting like managing a place like this is easy, and that handling their bullshit is something that you can pick up and throw like a ball- easy. Managing isn’t easy. Plus, I do think Colin has a personality disorder or maybe Schizophrenia? Which isn’t an excuse (in a sense) but also could play a part in how he’s trying to manage things.

Is it me or is see a pattern about this series Fighting -> good terms -> fighting ->good terms -> repeated

The heck? So, they're not only complaining about Rachel treating them poorly, but they've basically done the same with Colin. Now, they're saying he isn't trying hard enough? When he does try, they claim he doesn't do it right. What do they want? Whenever he attempts anything, they threaten him and label him a bad guy. Despite him actively seeking out Ivy to learn how to treat them better, they persist in treating him like a damn dog they can order around. Before this, I was on Bane's side, but going after Colin after he provided a solution was a bad move. Honestly, all of them should probably spend time at Candy's to receive the same treatment as GC because, holy cow, he improved so much there. Rachel will benefit greatly from Dylan's place even with the issues there, while Bane complains about things not going his way, and Ray complains about things changing. But honestly, great work to the team. This drama is going all over the place, and everyone is going to be a bad guy at some point maybe not Doug and Beezy, but everyone else, 100%. This makes it way harder to pick favorites (except for Colin, maybe, but that's only because he is the POV) and makes for a very good story. And engages us a lot more

I didn't expect this to happen right after last video, but its understandable and Ray and Bane make rather good points to be fair. But the decision has been made and I hope things will begin to improve, sooner rather than later..

No offense to Bane and ray's feelings but this is the best for everyone for a bit. Rachel's too deep in her own trauma to think straight surrounded by the animatronics who share that trauma, she needs space as do everyone else. Sure this escalated between Colin, Bane, and Ray but hopefully once everyone cools down(and more is dug up on the animatronics' creator) then things can finally start to heal. But that's just how I see it.
