For UHCs you should make a grindstone. Since the tools you craft come pre enchanted you can just keeping crafting tools and putting them in a grindstone for infinite levels to enchant with.

Tag UHC: Heres how i see it working. One randomly selected player(tapl maybe?) is given extremely OP diamond armor and weapons. They are "it." Their goal is to "tag" everyone else by killing them. But the thing is, everybody else is on a team and their goal is to kill the tagger. To give the tagger a little more advantage, PVP would start enabled
