UHC idea: anti plugins. Basically, for every plugin you usually have installed on each UHC, you use the opposite. For example, instead of auto smelt, all ores are silktouched. Mining full trees now take twice as long to mine each individual block. Stuff like that.

UHC: every time you punch someone they get slowness and blindness for 5 seconds

UHC: Every minute or so the game tells you what block you have to stand on (similar to dream’s block shuffle video)

You generate a giant glass roof over the world, (you can add whatever you want to this other dimension) and every few minutes players get teleported to the glass roof. After a few minutes they get teleported back to the last place where they were in the overworld.

List of powers: Teleportation (You get an ender pearl every minute, and get more each minute for every XP level, max 16), Super Speed (You get Speed 2 for 5 seconds every minute, plus one second per XP level, max 20), Invisibility (You go invisible for 10 seconds whenever you take damage, cool-down is a minute, max 20 seconds), Flight (You can fly for 15 seconds every minute and you can't upgrade it, but getting 25 levels unlocks permanent Slow Falling), Vampire (You gain 0.5 hearts for every hostile mob or player you kill, cannot be upgraded, cannot gain health from slaying animals), Extra-Sensory (You can see nearby players through walls, range increases slightly with every XP level), And my favorite: Telekinesis (You can hit players and break blocks from farther away, max 7 blocks). UHC but the more armor you have the more visible you are. For example, if you have no armor you are almost invisible but if you have enchanted diamond then you have a glow effect on you where people can see you through walls. You can also combine this with another scenario to make things more interesting.

UHC IDEA :Do a assain game mode so like everyone has a map so you can know where your target is and only your target someone who is targeting you can find you and you can’t. If you kill someone you loose all your armour and and cant pvp for a minute. That means you have to watch out for someone who is being sneaky and you gotta be sure who is your target also if you are in pvp cool down ANYONE Can target you and kill you and not have a penalty it seems like a smart idea and you can add sky high or others

UHC idea: At the start, the person closest to 0,0 gets diamond tools, armor and gapples. Every minute, the gear swaps to whoever is closest to the person with the gear. If you kill the person with the gear, the timer stops for 2 minutes. “Power Switch UHC” is a fitting name
