This will be too much of RNG and also too over powered. If someone finds a village, they can practically get possibly 20 levels of sharpness and it will be around 2 hit kill. If someone finds a desert temple or a skeleton spawner, they can potentially get loads of bones ( crafted to bonemeal ) and they will also get a very high level of sharpness and knockback. With too much knockback, it gets very annoying. Imagine flying 30 blocks away from one hit. But it's a very creative suggestion and have the potential to be used in a game of UHC as long as knockback and sharpness are nerfed a lot.
