@@irayser6404 you probably should have one more propeller on the middle just to stable the aircraft while transitioning, adjusting the flight altitude and transitioning later with the other 2 propellers already got the aircraft up to speed an kept it stable it could close afterwards
@@alexincplay8344 no, these ones are from valkyrien skies but got removed. I'd recommend diesel generators and tfmg though (just keep in mind that tfmg is really late game)
At 10:09 when it started spinning I think it’s because you had both fans spinning in the same direction causing to spin. Maybe if you were to make spin opposite it will work
@@Dom-bm3jjit does, cuz of torque. If an engine is pulling in one way, it’ll pull the aircraft the other way. That’s why helicopters need a tail rotor
This is soo amazing 👏 I can't believe how much time and work did that take I wish I could download the map and all the mods with it I hoped to find a download like Saddle there is not
This magnificent, this revolution create mode gave me hopes and Valkyrien skies too both working together created a master prices Train, boats, ship, planes everything we can make without compromising the Minecraft block feeling.
That's just how the mod registers thrust, the rotors momentum isn't calculated with the overall physics and if I spin it the other way it'll just push the air to the opposite direction.
VTOL stands for Vertical Take-Off (and) Landing, but with this design the vertical portion has no real use, as landing normally works as well. Great build, keep it up!
Pretty sure VTOLs can land normally as well (specially emergency landings). It's just way more practical to land vertically, takes up way less space and time.
@@tobiasrodrigo7947 So true, want to visit a friend in a server that lives in a dense forest and only has a small spot to land in? Something like this would work better. Also, the coolness factor.
You should invert one of the directions of spin on one of the propellers, that should help resolve the instability with your engines in their forward state and help with any unwanted rotation while engines are angled up.
Yes! If we gave them modern levels of tech development time, what would people come up with? Computers would be FAR bulkier and slower, that's for sure.
I just have a question... Could I have the list of all the mods used please ? Some blocks are missing in the schematic and I think it is because I don't have all the mods... But the build is incredible
I listed all the mods in the pinned comment, if you're using a newer clockwork version it does remove some blocks, mainly the small engines, replace them with diesel engines and u shoud be good.
Only thing I don't like about building is how little space it leaves you on the inside, like I want a command center not a latrine without having to make a megabuild to fit it.
That looks about as hard to fly as an actual osprey, and honestly, it looks like it'd kill about as many pilots where even specially trained to (mentioning no very unfortanate US Marines onboard). Not to say I don't love it mind you, or that I don't want one of these irl more than an actual osprey even, because I do, and I love the aesthetic.
great build! i tried to setup the schematic but there were so many issues i encountered. could you just drop a world download so i can see how its all glued and stuff? the schematic is so fiddly.
@@irayser6404 deployers can be powered by redston to get them to pause, with them finishing the current action. if you give the deployers a redstone off pulse they'll do one action
@@jaydenwade hey, could you explain it for me please? i am trying to build a vtol like aircraft but i can't figure out how to make the transition without everything breaking
I remember when in 2013 I saw theese videos with "working" planes and I tried to make it and was suprised it didn't work, and noe I don't have to dream about making one.
