I recently watched an entire tutorial on how to use lift and other physics stuff make a plane fly... in Minecraft. Minecraft is a flight simulator now as well. There is no alley modders will not go down
Being able to select multiple keyframes at the same time and move them around in the timeline was only a dream in replay mod. Wasted time fixing all because of 1 keyframe is no more. Also the export rate is a lot faster than replaymod.
When mogswamp talks about a mod, we know it's gonna be fire. I always get so proud when someone uses Axiom because it feels like, among others, you are one of the people who popularized it the most. Hope the same thing happens with Flashback
@@TWIlktitbliktvim-ty7td it's undoubtedly never going to be. for a plugin to add in as much as Axiom does, it would probably need multiple datapacks/resource packs to make it look/work how it does.
right?? this video explained the interface really well (especially for a video which is more "flashy" than your usual tutorial video) mog did a good job on this one
And thank you and Moulberry for these amazing mods. These are huge QoL tools for MC content creation, even for those who aren't content creators (like me). +1 sub for the amazing work you've both made with Axiom and Flashback.

@@FlameOfWar yeah and even if you never used video editing software its been around long enough and enough money went into it that intuitive is not strong enough to describe how easy it is to get into
I love how twice in a row, the developers of these mods revolutionized two already popular mods. First it was Axiom revolutionizing WorldEdit, and now it's Flashback with Replay. They really know how to get known.
Just the fact that you can rewind without the software basically exploding is such an improvement. Seriously, replaymod was so clunky compared to this.
Yooo! I'm a beginner builder and hopefully soon to be content creator, I picked up axiom on a whim because I thought it would be silly and I ended up loving the workflow and it made me able to enjoy something I've wanted to enjoy for a long time-- building in minecraft! I think Flashback will be the same since I have experience in Adobe for animation projects but replay mod just was too confusing for me in its two timeline format. Absolutely excited to try this out when I get the chance! Love how the axiom devs are just casually revamping content creation in minecraft, making it more accessible to people who may not have the hours to pour into a build but have the skill to make something amazing. The way it's all free too? Empowering young and indie creators alike who may not have the budget for high-end subscriptions like adobe. Can't wait to see what this means for the content creation sphere.

Literally so hyped this, the problem I always have with replay mod is that it feels really user unfriendly and doesnt have alot features. Cant wait for this mod. Big ups to Moulberry!
One thing i think would be cool is if you could record minecraft footage without shaders, but then add them in post. This could allow creators without good computers to still have dynamic lighting and shaders for their youtube videos.
If it's just an overlay on the screen then why wouldn't you be able to lol? Pretty sure you could just turn on shaders like normal and then go into the editor
i love the minecraft talking head interviews! mog you really fully commit to everything you do, it's incredibly impressive (but please look after yourself as well 🙏 don't burn yourself out)
As a writer, creator but having skills mostly in the realm of theatre-- I've been wanting to tell stories through Minecraft as content for years but never really found a program that I vibe with... that doesn't force me to learn how to model and or use a clunky interface that burns me out and pulls me away from Minecraft storytelling-- THIS has sparked my creativity again. Excited to try it out some day.

Can we talk about what a smooth af transition that was from the video into the ad? I didnt even realize it until 5 seconds into it that it was supposed to be an ad. Mog whatever you did, keep doing it cause this was genuinely the smoothes ad-read in the world. People can learn from you cause that just felt so normal to watch and sit through. @@ThylineTheGay Yes and it was an ad. Thats not the point. The point is that he somehow managed to just talk about it without it interupting the flow of the video. Which is amazing. Cause you know how many people just skip the ads? Far too many. This is the kinda style that makes you at least interested in it cause you actually keep watching.

I feel like we are talking massively past each other here cause I generally agree with the issue you take but the issue isnt present. He is literally stating that they sponsored the video. It is an ad by the end of the day. Its just one that isnt intrusive and neither does it throw you out of the flow of the video which is great and takes a LOT of skill to do. If an ad company contacts you, this is what they look for. Someone who can keep viewers watching and still show them an ad without a problem. This is what I was praising Mog for. Cause he pulled that of flawlessly.
Useful tools being built by people who will use it, and with lower barrier of entry than MC as a part time job. Love it. Design with purpose and audience in mind and you get great results
i love when you do mod showcases! these devs seem super driven and i'm so amazed by what they've been able to accomplish - i never thought what is essentially a Minecraft version of Premiere could exist, but i'm happy to be proven wrong! i can't wait to see what CCs do with this tool as it becomes more widely known. the possibilities seem limitless :D
the replaymod is a pain in the a** to understand for someone new to this but flashback is looking like a simple editor with timeline, I was hoping for something like this for a long time ago
This mod will save me time making videos, I've been planning to make videos, but don't have time to learn mods that have confusing and difficult bugs or unintentional feature hiccups! Mog, you have lit a fire in this guys eyes, my creative spirit is back!

Blender is and has been the biggest for games development models. I'm sure since it is all open you can install libraries etc into it enhancing its features like other forms of development like Python & JavaScript
This is absolutely amazing. Thank you Moulberry and Soko for sharing these tools with us. Developing any tech, even just a game mod, takes a lot of knowledge, effort, and time. Firing up Minecraft right now. I've had a project I've been wanting to do for ages but other tools are clunky for my needs. (And caused a lot of hassle with motion speed and file conversion.) This is everything I could have asked for and more. The creative freedom and accessibility this can potentially open up is exciting! 😃
Yoooo, cinematography in Minecraft is about to go insane with this! This is awesome! I’m definitely going to start using this. While I’ve enjoyed replay mod, I’ve constantly kept running into issues where it’s not designed to do what I want it to do.
lateley i have been doing a lot of minecraft cinematics and video edditing and seeing this just puts a smile on my face, seeing a ui and the potential of this is insane i cant wait to see what it brings in the future
Just recently started working with Axiom and other mdos like replay mod and such. SImply being able to see your camera location, what way its facing, and where it's going is so nice. Super excited to start using it
love you mog you’re the best. i’ve been watching through your old videos to catch all the way up on the flatworld and i think you’ve inspired me and my lifelong friend to make a flatworld survival thing down the line, we’re usually really dedicated to the survival things we do so i hope it will become “a thing”. right now we kind of just have one world, it’s in bedrock edition it’s our survival world (technically just made it a server a while back for the both of us) and im working on a crazy “megabase” but progress is slow, 1300 days in and a good amount of stuff to show for it. anyways i just wanted to yap for a minute love you bro. your videos and the progression from the high school student eric to who you are now is actually inspiring to me it’s awesome dude. mogswamp has definitely become my favorite channel on the platform, i love everything you do and the way you do it is so unique and actually incredibly impressive how much love you pour into your world and every thing you do on here. you’re the best, keep making what you enjoy making and keep getting paid to do what you love. see you around thanks for enduring the yapping if anyone got this far.
I think seeing the feature of being able to have game audio in the recordings was enough alone to make me just download this. Because having moments in projects that switch from the player POV to a camera shot and the audio just vanishing was a nightmare. This is gonna make things so much easier for future projects. And with a big one in the works, this couldn't have been bought to my attention at a better time
Thanks for highlighting this. Downloaded and ready to try it out. As to sound with replay, I record my playback of replay before I render it as this is easier to sync.
Looking forward to try it out! There are definitely some extremely useful features such as choosing time of the day. So many of my replays in the past looked kinda junky because of day/night flashing.
Well, rest in peace, Replay Mod. You will not be missed. God I hated this mod so much, yet there was literally no alternative for such a long time. And don't get me wrong, this mod could do wonders and I've been using it a lot, would even go as far as saying I loved what it was capable of, but god I hated it wholeheartedly. It was such a pain to use it. I'm sure everyone who used it at least once knows what I'm talking about. And this - I just know it will be perfect based on how extremely good Axiom is.

i have no use for a video mod, but you got me to download it after saying Axiom, as a builder i was blown away a year ago when that mod joined the field and i just know this one is going to be great aswell, this dev just knows what we need and simply does it^^
The potential Flashback has is crazy. At 9:20, it almost looked like something out of story mode. People will actually be able to create their own edited minecraft movies with planned cinematics, the future of this mod looks amazing.
