I find the Mini 4 Pro in some parts do better then the Air 3 But in the end i like the best and natural do the Mini 3 Pro

are these on auto exposure 0EV? should have dialed down the mini3pro for a fairer comparison. looks overexposed. also: download link missing :) cheers

You know; I have not had the opportunity to take the Mini 3 Pro out of the box. Based on the renderings, maybe I'll hold on to it a little more. Thanks for the side-by-sdes.

Is there a chance of getting the raw material l to play with? I'm interested to see how far the D log can be pushed compared to the Mini 3's cinelike. As thats the one thing that would drive me to upgrade.

Is mini 4 remote id compliant? I can’t find it on the MOC list. If it was manufactured after the deadline wouldn’t you need a rid module to fly it legally under part 107?

Any drone manufactured after September 2022 is required to have remote ID functionality built in. So yes, it is remote ID compliant.

If you have the Mini 3 Pro, are the differences in the Mini 4 Pro worth it to upgrade? I thunk probably not. I do like many of the features on the Min I 4 Pro though.

its actually the camera that makes it worth it if anything, for sure not more "gadgets". Its same as in air3, i see in comarison videos m4p picture is way sharper and more detailed than m3p ;

I have the Mini 3 Pro - the video here looks similar to what I'm getting, which is good. But even though there's RU-vid compression, the Mini 4 Pro look much better to my eye. I'm 99% convinced I'll upgrade.

M3P is still damn impressive. I think for most people, D-cinelike will allow sufficient adjustment for very similar results. Also, the comparisons are similar when comparing audio masters, and it is, you have to volume match or you can't tell the differences. You need to match the exposure between all three of the videos and then you can see the detailed differences between them.

The mini 3 pro does not. Correct. Be careful with abbreviations. M3P is typically used for Mavic 3 pro.

Non of the drones currently available from Dji meet my requirements. I need 1.a minimum of 20 real megapixels . 2. Mechanical Shutter. 3. A "rate switch" which halfs the amount the srone moves per millimetre of stick movement, for smoother shots. Not the same as Cine mode. 4. The 60 degree vertical gimbal is essential for panoramic shots. 5. Red and green lights on the legs, for ezsy orientation identification. The same as on full size boats and planes. The potential of an upcoming Mavic 4 with an updated 24mm main camera with the same new processing technology thats in the current 3x camera. The Air 3S now has the potential to have a larger sensor, which would be an interesting drone for sure. In both new drones we can look forwad to adding sound as in the X1 Hover.😊
