Mini AI box wireless Carplay with YouTube & Netflix! (All car brands) 

Hi! This box only comes in one version 😉

Hoi! Goeie vraag. De auto heeft dus standaard geen AA maar enkel Carplay. Ik zou het voor de zekerheid eens navragen bij de verkoper als ik jou was maar in zekere zin kun je dan ook gewoon de Android van de Mini AI box zelf gebruiken natuurlijk. Je zal daar ook inloggen met dezelfde gebruikersaccounts dus dat komt min of meer op hetzelfde neer lijkt me. 😉

Dus de android zit op de box? Ja sorry hoor snap hem nog niet helemaal. T is allemaal nieuw voor me😂

@michlie8 ja inderdaad. De box draait zelf op Android maar dat is geen Android Auto maar je kunt perfect Waze installeren, bellen,…

Hi! The 2017 model came in two versions. The early one had the Connect system with a SD card slot and had no Carplay. The later version had the Connect system without SD card slot and had wire Carplay. This solution only works for cars with wired Carplay from factory.

Hi! No, on that version you do not have wired Carplay from factory so it doesn’t work. Or you have to install another satnav system first

Nice one! Is it possible to change the dpi so the icons can get a little smaller? I now have an AA wireless and it works perfect but I miss the android functionality (fermenta auto isn't perfect).

@mauricewal thanx 😉 I guess if you change the video resolution it could change but personally I don’t mind they are a bit bigger.

@@LaPalmeraie0032 did you connect an android phone maybe? I am wondering if the icons are at the bottom or at the left (or driver side). I prefer on the left side.

@mauricewal I do not have an Android phone but the mini AI box OS is also Android and there the navigation bar is also at the left side so I suppose it will be as well with Android Auto 😉

@silviu4365 😂 i think so. The screen isn’t HD of course but as you can see in the footage, especially Netflix, is quite neat. I will ask a friend that changed his Connect unit if the 360°AVM still has the crappy images. If so, it has to be the cameras.

It’s the camera. Just saw pictures of the around view monitor on a Sinosmart screen and it’s as bad.

@@LaPalmeraie0032 I mean its weird because the guiding lines are as bad as the camera quality, its like the cameras are responsible of rendering the lines instead of the unit. In any case the 360 system other than the overview monitor its pretty useless, the front camera doesn't even enable when you put it in drive after reversing, only when the proximity sensors detect something, which is useless. I need to press the camera button every time
