I got the suspension added this last weekend, and I am hoping to get the brakes and chain figured out and finished up this weekend. I'll be posting pics on Instagram ( @mikes.mini.motors ) as I go, but I probably won't be able to get another video out until next week.

So sick dude!!! The only advice I have is you want the drive sprocket to be as close as possible to the pivot point of the rear swing arm. Doing so keeps the chain taught, with it being so far away currently your chain will get tighter and looser with suspension movement. Might need to run a chain from the drive sprocket to the pivot point and then another chain from the pivot point to the rear sprocket, kinda like a jack shaft.
Thanks, Ryan! I've thought about the chain set up quite a bit. Ideally, I wanted to have a jackshaft at/as the rear swing arm mount (kill two bird with one stone). But, I am trying to not modify the frame of the bike, so it can convert back to the wheels or "Summer-mode", if you will, and that made my options limited on what I could do. I am thinking of going with a spring loaded tensioner set up, and hopefully it would compensate for the slight change in chain tension due to the suspension.
this looks so awesome, but would it be better for handling if you put two tracks on the rear? (i dont really know anything about tracks so i might be wrong)
Thanks! I thought about the dual track set up for a bit. I think if you went side by side with them, it would be harder to steer the bike, I think. Going end to end may make the bike less squirrelly, but it would be really long at that point. That's why I decided to just go with one track.
