Hi I'm Mike. I love to work on projects in my garage and I had a few friend recommend that I start a RU-vid channel so others can see the fun projects I am working on and to help others with builds of their own. I love to learn new skills while working on all these projects. I learn my different skills by jumping in head-first and learning by doing. Some examples are Aluminum Anodizing, Powder Coating, Welding, and Metal Fabrication. I will do my best to show how to do this skills as I learn them, so that maybe other can maybe learn alongside me. My goal is to show people that even though you may not have a certain skill, if you do not step out of your comfort zone and try it, you will never have that skill. With the skills I have picked up, I use them to build all these fun vehicles. Projects so far: - Honda Ruckus GY6 swaps - Mega Moto / Monster Moto mini bikes - Custom Go Karts - CFMoto Z6-EX Side by Side - Suzuki Carry (Japanese Kei Mini Truck) - Cross Kart - And more to come!
The gy6 engine mount I used is not available anymore, I believe. You can get the one that is similar from The Ruck Shop though. theruckshop.com/product/trs-gy6-extension-mount-kit-fatty-gy6-solid-12x8-10x8-or-12x7/
The GY6 is the best thing ever, because whatever your project is, all you need to do is mount a swing arm to it and it's motorized. Everything is on it is so robust, well designed and cheap to service.
Hello What you are doing is very interesting I live in Iran, but I can't get the tools you use for customizing. Can you send me an email so I can send you a message to buy this tool?
Yeah, you can add a side kick stand. I have the one from xf50moto on my bike. you can get it here: xf50moto.bigcartel.com/product/yamaha-c3-vox-giggle-side-kickstand
@guapmil7953 Not that I’m aware of. It’s not hard though, can just be time consuming. You have to remove most of your plastics and then it’s just two bolts.
He is using the Low Down shock from Rolling Wrench. www.rollingwrenchdenver.com/products/lowered-ncy-low-down-scooter-shock-black?sca_ref=2317757.Ut0lWw890q
I got it from GoPowerSports.com in their stage 1 kit. It looks like the header isn't included anymore though. www.gopowersports.com/stage-1-performance-kit-for-196cc-212cc-engines/
All I can think of is double check your wiring, or check the signals with a multimeter. Mine behaves the opposite, where the blinkers are not on while the brake is on.
Nice video! I swapped a 212 on my CT100U and i got the clutch guard for the bike but it didn’t come with any hardware. Do you remember what bolts you used for the clutch cover?
It looks like it may, but my bike didn’t have the stock air box, so I can’t say for sure. The angle of my shock looks like it may interfere with the air box though.
Hey! I sell these kits myself. It is a full kit, including headlight, brackets, and all hardware. Send me an email at mikesminimotors@gmail.com if you would like to order one.
