-250ml room temperature water
-38g unsalted butter
-23g granulated sugar
-1/4tsp salt
-130g all purpose flour
-1 large room temperature egg
Chocolate dipping
-95g dark chocolate coins contains sugar
-50g milk
Other Ingredients
-oil for frying
-sugar for coating (optional)
-roasted almond nibs(optional)
Important tips
1.Always use medium to low heat.
