I saw a video on a fixed bridge mini implant. So I guess it's possible to have a non-removable piece

Is this a good procedure for someone who has a baby tooth without any fixed tooth (a genetic thingie), that’s now almost 2-3mm above the gum, but the upper tooth has already fallen down? 😭

What solution would you suggest for a scenario where one has lost the 4 front bottom teeth due to dental trauma?

Two implants placed in the lower incisor positions. Each would be 2.75mm to 3.5mm diameter but that might vary. The width and length would depend on the available bone. Trauma may mean bone loss, or leaving it to heal too long leads to bone loss so a bone graft might be needed 2-6 weeks before implants go in. Implants take 8-12 weeks to integrate with the bone until they're strong enough to support teeth. You then get impressions of those two implants, often a provisional stage bridge with 4 false teeth fixed to the implants. If it looks rubbish you adjust that, or remake it, sometimes with new impressions. If it looks great then your dentist decides with you that the lab should proceed to the final bridge. That can be made from various materials.
