I bought 2 of these under the brand name BALDR from Amazon in 2020. Other than the lack of a wireless charger on the top, and a black carry handle with orange accents, it appears identical to the EBL. I bought them as emergency supplies for a CPAP a family member needs. I did try one with my X-6100 with similar results to yours. Almost 4 years later, they are still working. I have a calendar reminder to discharge / charge them every 3 months.

Ordered! Used your Amazon link. We had an instance on a POTA where my wife didn't have her charging cable for her iPhone. We could have charged it on the iPhone holder in the truck but our truck makes you actually start the ignition for the charger to work. I like that it has the charging capability on the top of it. I can even just rest my iPhone there when I'm using HAMRS for logging.

What kind of power requirements does the CPAP have?

I know that my new one requires 20 volts. That's why a 12 volt adapter is around $80 to $90. Also thinking about using something lik6this for field day in a park that doesn't like generators.

My guess is that your CPAP uses a wall wort/transformer to convert AC to DC. On that box you'll have an output of something like (12vdc 3500ma), if that's the case you can make a power plug or get one on amazon that matches to go from the cigarette lighter plug to your CPAP (might even have come with one?). 3500ma is 3.5a and this will put out 5a on the DC Barrel Jacks or 10a on the cig plug. Just make sure that you are center positive or negative as your CPAP demands or you'll fry your CPAP. You could plug the CPAPs converter into the inverter to run it off the battery as a start, but you'd be "losing energy" converting from DC->AC->DC to run your CPAP. Sounds like a fun project.

Three questions and one caution. Q1: Did you listen for RF noise, especially when using non-12V outputs (like USB and the inverter)? Q2: What voltages with the "PD" port agree to? Just because it's PD (if it is) doesn't mean that it supports all of the levels. Q3: Do you know what battery chemistry is in use? (If you said, I missed it.) C1: I believe in math too, but I'm not prepared to bet big money on the self described percentage of charge. Could be accurate, but might not be.

Thanks for the questions. I didn't do much in terms of using the inverter while doing radio stuff. To be honest I don't use much AC these days, so its kind of not needed in my radio operating world. It was pretty quiet in my SSB and FT8 work. I've seen that PD issue before. I need to get a good PD tester device. I've seen a lot that don't put out 12v specifically of some reason (Apple). I didn't say what the chemistry was, the user manual isn't great (as I showed with the solar panel stuff), so even if it said it, I wouldn't trust it without opening it up.

Jackery has a similar product, but it doesn't have a flat top and is harder to pack.

I have a BLUETTI EB3A and it produces strong RF interference that my HTs can hear in the same room. It’s like a constant pulsed sound. Does this unit emit RF noise that your radios can hear when nearby ?

Pulsed? When I've had RFI from a power supply it presents as a constant high pitched whine.

nice power pack. RFI quit ? looks like inverter was off when you tested. the few I have a different brands and only make RFI noise with inverter for 120 VAC on. looked online. that 60 watts is max car charging. will take more solar. has MPPT bult in. the IC 705 has sound card and GPS. what was the Pi for? internet ? was great run time . if you need more PD ports they have ones that plug in to acc port. that a option as well. depends on watts PD needed. not LiFePO4 battery when looked on line. still a nice unit. nice G 90 go battery . 73's

Is it something you would replace a BK300 or Jackery with or are they about the same in your opinion?

If I had one that worked, I probably wouldn't replace it. Compared to the jackery I like that this one has a flat top. The BK300 has the same problem. Otherwise this is a good starting place if you are empty handed!

I have a bk300 and while it works i was getting an over voltage alarm on the powermini2 due to it putting out 16V+ when fully charged. Was that the issue you had?

@@K6WRF the EBL doesn't need a charge controller. The problem I had with it was the manual wasn't certain about what wattage of panel it would accept. I tried a 100 and a 60, the 60 worked. I have the power mini 2 and I love it. It wouldn't/should hurt to use it... But it's not needed with the EBL
