Phase II of Old school Flake's new Mini FB helmet demo, featuring the new Mini FB. Application includes spraying metal flake, and pearls using the patented dry method.
Looks like a dragonfly head! Awesome work and I see your using a sata mini jet! I love mine. Also have a jet 90 for clear and a nr 2000 for my basecoat use them everyday. Sata is the only way to go!
Just purchased the mini flake buster and it's totally worth it, no way i can get the same solid effect by pouring or shoveling it on. I got the kit the only thing is that the Iwata hose is not included. However a Harbor Freight cheapy hose dose also fit FYI. Think this is worth money considering you get an airbrush, flake samples, and flake buster. When normally the Iwata brush in siphon or gravity by itself at a hobby lobby is about $170. If you want the best quality you have to pay for it:-D
Actually i didnt say you are a hater, I was just pointing out the fact that it's much easier to criticize a product that somebody worked very hard and spent a lot of money to bring to barket than it is to maybe give constructive advise. With regards to the price, I believe it is fair, it's billet 6061 and delrin inserts...not cheap plastic. It is built to last. You will not be dissapointed by the quality or the performance. If you pick one up and need tec support, ill even give you my cell#.
@eatenbyowls get a mini hvlp too the cheap ones work good but its better for laying down lots of color, the airbrush is too small and will be real hard to get the same effect...try it out you will see..
oie tudo bem sou de recife, pernambuco e fiquei emprecionado com seu material de trabalho mas aqui em feliz mete nao se vende, gostaria de saber se posso comprar a voce mesmo ?
Hey don't get me wrong or even say I'm a hater. Just because I say its expensive, I am automactically a hater? I think your product is great and very clever, but just a bit high for for such a small attachment for your airbrush. I wish you the best in your endeavor. Good chance I will pick one up when I get the extra cash to treat myself. (as long as the ole lady don't find out)
Thats breaking the bank taking for granted the average airbrush costs $150.00 and lets not go into a full size gun. Its so easy to hate, maybe you should spend thousands of hours developing products and patents... life is measured by the mark you leave on it. I develop products to build a business that will hopefully help my children go through life without hating and give them inspriation to pioneer this new era., because its the people that invent that pave the way for everyone else.
