Mini Flower Dosa For Kids
Servings - 6
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Garlic cloves - 3
Green chili - 1
Onions - 50 grams
Tomato - 70 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
Water - 50 milliliters
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 2 teaspoons
Dosa mixture - 140 grams
Yogurt - 70 grams
Water - 180 milliliters
Spinach puree - 2 tablespoons
Beetroot puree - 2 tablespoons
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 3 garlic cloves, 1 green chili and stir well.
2. Add 50 grams onions and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Add 70 grams tomato, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Remove it from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
5. Transfer, this into a blender, add 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, 50 milliliters water and blend it well.
6. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 2 teaspoons curry leaves and stir well.
7. Add blended mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Remove it from heat.
8. In a bowl, add 140 grams dosa mixture, 70 grams yogurt, 180 milliliters water and mix it well. Now, divide it into four parts.
9. In a bowl, add 60 grams prepared dosa batter, 2 tablespoons spinach puree and mix ti well.
10. In a bowl, add 60 grams prepared dosa batter, 2 tablespoons beetroot puree and mix ti well.
11. In a bowl, add 60 grams prepared dosa batter, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and mix ti well.
12. Take a greased pan, add prepared dosa mixture and shape it into a flower. (See video)
13. Cook for 1 minute and remove it from heat.
14. Serve.
