If you check on my video, I mostly use a Tulip Crochet Hook. I have many kind of crochet hooks, but this is the hook that I use the most. If you are a beginner and you only want to buy 1 crochet hook, I recommend you to buy Tulip Etimo Rose Crochet Hook, 5/3mm as a start. From my experience, this hook size suit with yarn weight 1 to 3. Thank you for the tutorial this is the easiest I've seen! If anyone wants it written: 1. Mr (magic ring) 2. Ch 3 (chain) 3. 2 tr (treble crochet) in mr 4. 3 dc (double crochet) in mr 5. Tr in mr 6. 3 dc in mr 7. 2 tr in mr 8. Ch 3 9. Sl st in mr 10. Fasten off and cut the yarn.

@@IM-uh5tk I did it differently maybe it will help you - Ch.3 - join in 1st. Ch. - Ch.3 - 2 Tr. - 3 dc - Tr. ( Ch. 1 here to make a point.)(optional) - 3 dc - 2 Tr. - Ch.3 - slip stitch into center of heart I also did a reverse sc around the edge it look more fancy

If you don’t want to use a magic ring just - chain 3…join in 1st. chain(make sure your slip knot has a tail) - chain 3 - 2 Tr. - 3 dc. - Tr. ~~if you want a point on the heart bottom ,ch.1~~ - 3dc - 2 Tr. - Ch. 3 Slip stitch to center of heart(pull tail if beginning slip knot to tighten the center hole) -- if you want to get fancy do a reverse sc all around edge of heart before you fasten off~~~~. I CHANGE TO A F HOOK OR E HOOK TO DO THE REVERSE SC

i was following this and i got frustrated when i was at the tr and dc. when i’m pulling the yarn through the two loops it seems to be catching onto the hook and the yarn splits and stuff, honestly frustrating me. i tried around 3-4 times. i tried to see if it was my tension, nope. tried to see if i was doing it wrong, nope. i’ll try again once i get my new hooks, i ordered a pack so i’ll see if it’s because i’m using the wrong size hook with the yarn or if it’s the yarn.
