Whenever you cook payasam in these vessels , I feel as if goddess Annapurna devi left one amsha in you because it looks absolutely heavenly . 🙏 Except for sugar please use rock sugar ie mishri which is in form of rocks or else jaggery and it becomes absolutely healthy. 🙏

Love your unique way of cooking, and lovely brass utensils, earthen ware etc. However I wonder why u keep so many empty utensils around the cooking one. Won't the food splash onto them ?Also, it just adds to the visual clutter..
