Yum, these look so nice! I made carrot cake in these same tins with cream cheese frosting and walnuts on top for Easter. Now my boyfriends coworkers are all but trying to break into my house to get more, lol, so I’m here looking at what you are making sis 😂💖😌

I doubled both batters for these, which made around 85 mini cakes. This was for a pop up shop so I needed a lot. I used 1/2 cup in each & baked about 10 mins.

If your cakes are falling there may be several reasons. The temp of your oven, too much baking powder, or you may be under baking them. Starting small is a good idea to get the hang of it. Mini cakes cook fast. So you have to be attentive to make sure you don't over bake them! Good luck on your baking journey 😊
