1 knorr vegetable mix
16oz cottage cheese (0% fat)
1/4 c light mayo
1/4 c fat free plain Greek yogurt
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Make 6 servings. Each serving is 6 tbsp (or 1 1/2 scoops with a 1/4c measuring cup) you can also add to sandwiches as a spread or even mixed into shredded chicken for a low point chicken salad.

1lb 98-99% fat free ground turkey
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn
1 can rotel
1 taco seasoning packet
1 1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning packet (1/2 packet)
Cook turkey on stove top in a large pan. Meanwhile, drain and rinse beans, drain corn, open rotel (leave the juices).Once turkey is cooked through, add remaining ingredients and 1/4 c water. Cook another 10 minutes or so. Makes 4 servings.

Frozen shredded hashbrown (2 points worth)
2 pieces center cut bacon
2 eggs
1/3-1/2 c cottage cheese (0 point)
Preheat oven to 400 and cook bacon for 20 minutes. In a large nonstick pan, cook hashbrown with oil spray. Once cooked (about 10 minutes) remove from heat and add to meal prep containers. Add 2 piece for crumbled bacon to each container. Cook eggs according to preference and add to container. I like the yolks to be runny. I cut up eggs and mix all together. Once cool to room temperature, put lids on meal prep containers and store in fridge. When ready to eat, microwave for 90 seconds and add cottage cheese. Stir and enjoy.
