Hi! I love watching your videos!! You are so down to earth and real. Can you post your egg and hash brown breakfast that you put in containers for the week?
I don’t have it in the recipe app because I change the amounts of the ingredients based on my needs that week. I cook hashbrown and I weight it frozen. I normally use the most I can get in grams for 2 points. Then my toppings vary. I add egg for zero points and sometimes I’ll add center cut bacon for 1-2 points depending on how many points my dinners are for the week. Sometimes I’ll add zero point cottage cheese after I microwave it.
Last week I found you. It was a gift to my life. Thanks for your videos. I just began my diet 2 weeks ago. Since the pandemic I just got crazy and heavy. The scanner will work for me from the main “Food” page where you can see all the meals. But if I click on track breakfast (or lunch or dinner) and try to use that scanner it won’t work :/
I’m gonna try that next time I need to scan something. Someone else said the same thing. I didn’t know I needed the scanning function so much until I lost it! 😝

I crave peanut butter! Many years ago, I did the South Beach diet. By the end of the day, I hit up the peanut butter jar. I spoonful satisfies me, but I'm usually out of points by then. So any ideas for me? As a substitute or why I'm craving peanut butter at the end of the day!?
I use the PB powder. It’s 2 tbsp for 1 point. I’ll admit it doesn’t have the same satisfying effect but it gives me enough of the flavor to keep me happy. I’ll splurge on a tbsp of real peanut butter from time to time.
I have the peanut butter powder. I saw someone (maybe it was you?) smashed raspberries into patties and froze them, then drizzled PB powder mixed with a little water over them for a one point dessert! @@amsinprogress

I have no idea. They don’t release how they decide how many points you get. I know 23 points is the lowest amount a person gets a day plus weekly points to use whenever throughout the week. So you will at least get 23 points. If you are moderately active then you can assume you will get points added throughout the week based on your activity.
