On point with the hate things... it is very hard to apply with them based on my exprience..😔 in the contrary it was my first card lo and behold it opened up a lot of things for me.. I have been approved for diff cc primarily I think because of BPI... and I really don't know with their system I feel at times during pay days like the 15th or 30th they are always down including their machines..😅 Imo, right now I think Citi is catching up with BPI and BDO. Great app! High rewards.. so many perks and promos 👌 Been watching your vlogs keep it up I find it entertaining 😊 and so many relatable experience as if we are just talking about it over a cup of coffee. If card yung activation format then tama yung card gagamitin mo if they ask for customer number then that is your account number. Another option can be via hotline :)

Dapat it would be easier if you do banking with BPI for sure. I forgot how long na but in a couple of weeks dapat if I rememeberd correctly.

I totally agree, napaka mapili ni BPI talaga in approving credit card application. Napansin ko, si BPI mas prefer niya mag offer nang kusa kesa don sa mga nag apply. Tip in getting a cc is to open a savings account with them. Keep a good amount more than the minimum monthly ADB. Mas maganda if may cash flow sa account and within 6 months, the bank will offer for a preapproved cc. But the timeline actually depends with your BOA. If no offer after 6 months, you can ask a BM for an endorsement.

Hey there! Thank you so much for your reviews! Always thought credits cards are not for me. I live a very minimal lifestyle. Due to scheduled travel overseas, finally caved in after years of being spammed by BPI. Things can get difficult without it in countries that go cashless in transactions. Your vids had been helpful, think i can proceed confidently. God bless!

My annual fee on bpi cc was charged last month. The only option dw to waive (current only) it is to apply for supplementary cc. They give another option, but to pay the annual fee in installment for 12mos. Any recommendation po or suggestions what to do?

If you can get 2 get 2. But honestly i find myself using BPI more only because they have better forex rates vs Citi na super pangit ng rate but they do have lots of food promo once you spend X amount. :) Hope this helps!!

If its your first card, I recommend go with BPI Blue muna then after using it for sometime then move up to Gold. Usually they will offer Gold naman if you constantly use your BPI Blue. :)

My experience with BPI CC was a pleasant one. Received my credit card less than a week after I applied online. Maybe it's because I have a savings account in that bank.

Yes i agree. I thought ako lang ang may experience na ganyan. The first time i applied it was declined. Parang nahinaan ako ng loob. Then i tried again and gladly they approved. Hindi talaga madaling mag-apply for cc for them. But the advantage is that mababa lang anual fee nila tsaka feel ko secured yung bpi cc. And true, patience is a virtue talaga sa pag-apply and it's all worth it 😁

One of the advantages of BPI. Makakaavail ka kaagad ng installment sa mga stores. Unlike ung iba na straight payment lang ung offer.

I don’t have any plan on getting a CC but BPI messaged me and said that I am eligible to get CC and they offered the Platinum card which is good if you travel a lot. So I said, why not get one? And I choose to get the Gold card and it comes with an e-credit virtual card. Now, the card will be delivered after 5 days so I’m now binge watching videos to learn more about it. Thank you!

Certified elite ka Jax. Cause visa signature is for is for elitista lang sabi ng mga kilala ko from bpi. Just applied the bpi mastercard blue. Try ko muna daw pwede naman maupgrade to gold daw e. Thank you for your very great info. Love watching you videos talaga.

Better if may movement yung laman ng bank account kasi if ever di siya gumagalaw or walang pasok or labas ng pera baka ma dormant yung account mos a BPI a. But I think its worth the try :)

Wala naman, actually dapat di choosy yung mga stores, back then may mga choosy na stores na may minimum but recently almost all stores accept and walang minimum. But to answer your question, oo kahit 50 pesos yan cridit card hehe. :) Thanks for watching!!

But i’m planning to apply for BPI Gold Mastercard kaso d ako pasok sa monthly income requirements at wala din ako savings sa BPI but i have 6 digits na credit limit sa BDO. Alam mo feel ko approved ka kasi meron ka sa ibang bank na credit card e. Worth a try! Go lang wala naman mawawala if you try hehe :)

Pag yung bpi express start po ma aapproved po kaya agad? Yung mag time deposit to get credit card para lang mabuilt ang credit score so that magka gain ka ng trust sa bank to covert it on regular credit card

BPI system updates every 5AM (based on my experience) from Tuesdays to Saturdays. After that, you need to wait for the next Tuesday to show the transaction details (especially on your credit card). If Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays fall on a holiday, like this December and January, technically, you need to wait for the 2nd banking day for their system to update. Sad...

Hi! question po. It's my first time having a credit card. I was approved for a Blue CC, and got an offer sa app for Amore Cashback with eCredit Card, and immediately got approved. Ngayon, I have 2 customer number na, one sa blue and one sa Amore. BPI emailed me and said that I should just retain one, e they have a different limit. I saw you have two CCs, what did you do po to keep them both?

Hi. For example I have a 100k CL sa CC ko. Then I set a 20k CL for my ecredit card. Now I have to buy something worth 90k (assuming 100% pa ung remaining credit balance ko for the card), will I be able to buy that stuff using my main card? Or hnd na kasi 80k nalang ang CL nia and nasa ecredit card na ung 20k na allocation (kahit wala pang spend)?

it will follow your mail CL even if you set 20k sa ecredit, the main cc will follow the entire cl you have. so dapat pwede

Ahh that's a secures credit card parang may collateral yung banko bago ka bigyan ng card. So parang yung money mo na 10k hahawakan ng banko yan kasi binigyan ka ng credit card. Iba siya sa credit card mismo na walang collateral. Works the same as credit card yung both pero mas maganda if ibigay credit card talaga

Aside from hard application, ang naoff pa ako is really low credit limit. Hindi naman mababa sweldo ko. When nagboom ang credit limit mo, like 6 digits? Does it grant automatic increase of limit frequently?

For BPI sa experience ko is the more I use diba then they increase the limit and it also depends on your payment kung laging on time ka. I reco to keep using it lang :)

Very true 'yung banking at night is almost impossible with BPI. Dagdag ko lang na parang sinisingit din nila ang system maintenance nila when it's that time of the month-sale! As for the application, sinubukan kong mag-apply when I was 19 kasi ambisyosa ako and nganga. Fast forward after I turned 21 the branch manager texted me for a pre-approved Blue Mastercard. Lol. Anyway, totoo ba na madali pa rin mag-apply for South Korea Visa if you have BPI Gold hanggang ngayon?

I have a question, couple of days ago I got a notification from bpi that I am qualified for cc then I fill out the information on my end tapos pag check ko ng online banking aside from “savings” may “credit card” na nakalagay tapos may account number ata yun tapos within 5days sa card delivery based on the email notif. However, last day I checked my savings since nag transfer ako ng money. Nawala na yung “credit card” savings nalang naiwan. Does that mean I was declined for application?

Hey! New subscriber here. Been following you on Tiktok as well. I just want to ask, I recently got a more like an invitation to apply for a credit card with BPI with no income documents needed. Applied for it and BPI app provided me with the details of the initial credit limit. I finished the application and there are like reference # for the application. There is also an information regarding the usual delivery date of the cards. I just want to ask if this one is already considered as approved? or does it still pending for approval? Also got an email about it. If by chance this is already approved, this will be my first CC.

Ako naman approved agad one apply. Sgro almiost 2yrs nako sa knila. Tapos every month pumapasok pera ko with 20k a month. Sila mismo naginvite. Wala kasi sa plano ko ang kumuha. Pero dahil sa plan ko magbusiness so need ko na sya. Pero kinuha ko lang yung petron na blue. Kasi gas lng talaga gusto ko. Di ako mahilig sa shopping o kumain sa resto.

Even though I've had a gold MasterCard for a while, I feel I need a platinum MasterCard due to its features and premium points. I believe the Annual Charge is pricey; it could be challenging for me to waive the annual fee, but with a gold MasterCard, always waive it every year. Pero wala.. pina convert ko na talaga.. wag lang sana ako mahirapan mag pa waived. Ano mahirap ba mag pa waived? @jax....;)

Hi, I have pre-approved BPI gold last January, and I’m planning to activate it this month but my worry is my annual waived fee baka hindi ako ma approved for reversal since late ko na sya aactivate. I used my BDO cc most of the time. And remaining months left mag rerefelect na ang membership fee for BPI. Should I cancelled it since diko naman talaga sya nagagamit? Pero nanghihinayang ako sa limit hehe. Any sugguestions or tips? Thank you.

Yes ganun siya kasi you need to clear out the balance muna before ma cancel.
