MINI SORNA Ep 5: Nothosaurus & Suchomimus SWAMP | Jurassic World evolution 2 ABANDONED PARK Build 

This episode was giving me loads of troubles (TechnicalDifficultiesTM) and in my struggles to get the video out today, I forgot to cover up the in-game notifications at the top :/ sorryyyy

Maybe the next episode could be a Walking With Dinosaurs-inspired area, with Allosaurus, Diplodocus, Coelophysis, Torosaurus, Liopleurodon and Tropegnathus?

I actually cannot wait to see what DLC Frontier is cooking up. It seemed like the Hybrid pack was like an appetizer to this DLC, because of how short the announcement came out to when it released. This seems like they have been working on this since the Predator pack, and when they realized this one would take more time, they got some of the team to work on the Hybrid pack in order to appease the community. I just hope they exceed my expectations, and give us one of, if not, the best DLC's they've ever made. Also, love how Isla Sorna is coming together! Hopefully you can add the Megalodon when it releases!

out of every fantastic part of this build, one of my favorite parts is the use of the biosyn lights on the monarail acting as pillars i mostly use those lights as pillars for a fence but that looked rlly sick

Glitching a lagoon + adding rocks + adding nothosaurus deinocheirus and suchomimus = AMAZING Suggestion: can u do a meadow with Jurassic Park 3 ankylosaurus and bumpy

You could do a abandoned Science Center with velociraptors in the same enclosure!😊

I've been looking for a place to share some ideas I have for (Slightly dumb in nature) variations for species! And here they are: Ceratosaurus Carniflorus. Pronounced: Sa-ra-ta-saurus Car-Ni-Floor-Us. An omnivorous variation of the Ceratosaurus with primitive adaptations for eating fruit and nuts. Thus, they would demand fruit and nuts in their habitat. They also have a higher defense stat then the Ceratosaurus, and will make no attempt to eat Medium or larger herbivores. Basically, big therapod chilling with Paras. The other one: Anklysaurus Aquaticus. Pronounced: An-kly-saurus A-qwa-ta-cus. The first dinosaur that prefers the water yet does not eat fish, This variation feeds of of ground leaf and ground fruit, preferring to eat their food in the water. However, they will come out from time to time to eat food on the surface. As far as physical differences go, this one has a lot. It's front legs look like mudskipper fins, while it's back legs are webbed. It's back armor has regressed into an equally strong plating, and it's club also works an a fin. Anyways, I want to know what YOU think.

Bo cameo! EEEEEEEEEEE, such a cute bunny bean!! Loved the swampy effect created by placing water and then removing most of it. Looked really natural and like an actual swampland.

Thx for explaining that the lagoon rock glitch doesn't always end up close enough for them to use it, as I had just tried this glitch for 1st time & thought I'd somehow done it wrong lol. Nice idea w using it as an overhang! Also love the use of biosyn lights as pillars for the monorail, that looks great!

I love how you want to fill up all the space on the island, but the islands in the movies have lots of jungles so I think you can add some jungles to fill some space and you can go crazy with them like putting dinosaurs in then! Have fun!

Yet again is Trespasser inspired suggestion time,in this occasion I'll suggest to build a dam,like in Trespass a dam in between mountains,full of overgrown vegetation and part of X species territory,possibly Albertosaurus. It's something I've never seen anyone do, specially not in vanilla JWE2.

You could try to make the little island a trade center for new dinos and you could have a couple of random dinosaurs in there and some staff buildings too

hello evo, you should build a flooded section for guests on the mini sorna

Idea: for a T. rex enclosure you could put it at the edge of the island and add Malcom’s trailer in the “ocean” from Jurassic Park 2 and have the Moros Intrepidus as the baby they try to save

What I think could be really cool in this game is being able to change the color of the water in the lagoon and regular water

Maybe next episode you could add a big rocky area filled with pachys since they were in the lost world

I watch your videos while building parks so I can learn tips as I make them and also get inspiration

10:29 an option if it does become a habitat would be the most muddy area as if maybe a flood or some sort of disaster happened, could explain why the lagoon and suco swamp is well, a swamp. Just a thought. Love you videos so much!

The lagoon looks really good! A shame that the rocks didn't want to work but I absolutely love the trees and the overgrown-swampy look!

You should update the hybrid training facility to a hybrid creation program facility and add the DLC hybrids but keep the race track and stuff

i think it would be really cool if the next mini island is a mini malta because the amount of good looking desert skins and just how goof=d you are at making sandy areas its just wow, also you bunny is cute

Awesome enclosure! Really hope the next update and dlc gives us some really cool tools to make new fun enclosures but we'll see i guess lol.

This build is amazing!!! Love your content evo!!! You should add archelon because turtles are cool. Perhaps in a “coastal resort” with hotels and a beach and touristy stuff. I’m so excited to see how this build turns out and love the idea of an abandoned park. Have a nice day!!!

The way I swamp is by using the tropical rocks around the enclosure and then placing a BUNCH of the small tropical tree 2, I sorta scatter them around so that it isn’t a big flat eye sore. And I break it up with the big trees too. I’ have less of an option in one park so I’m sure you would be able to use different types of bush and small tree (Dirt floor as well)

your next video should be a compy forest in that large habitat like the one in the lost world

(I saw cam-dogs, cam-cats, heck even cam-girls but never a cam-rabbit) I also agree about the swamp stuff really needs cool swamp trees, muddy water, water plants…speaking of water plants I know what water plants we all want so bad for the game, right? Hope is still there ^_^

For that little island, I think that a Botanical Garden with Minmi would be cool

Evo, you should make a video explaining how to decorate the inside of enclosesures, I know it's not your forte, but I always have troble figuring out how to fill the spaces, and you always seem to do it so well.

I love the lore of mini sorna, maybe you could put the giga and red habitats by each other but only add either the rex or the giga, pretending there was a fight, and only one of the apex predators came out alive

I know this is unrelated, but DLC expansion idea: DLC content: -Name of DLC is “Hybrid Expansion Pack” -There is a new campaign that is somewhat similar to the Secrets of Dr Wu campaign, but better. It might be canon, or it isn’t, idk. Your on a secret island somewhere, with Dr Wu, and there is a new building: “The Hybrid Optimiser” In this building, you can combine many species of dinosaur together to make a hybrid of your choice. But realistically speaking, if a DLC like this was to happen, there would be a limited amount of species available to combine. Some of the classic dinosaurs would be available , like Velociraptor, and ankylosaurus, and so on. Maybe more added in future updates. Dr Wu tells you to combine different species said in the mission. Also, a new feature, when viewing new hybrid dinosaurs in this campaign, or in any custom map someone made that you downloaded, if you haven’t already combined that species in the Hybrid Optimiser, there would be a new button at the top of the Dinosaur statistics, saying “Discover” . Once clicking this, it would tell you the name of the hybrid and telling you the info about it. -There would be some, but only a few flying and marine reptile hybrids to Make in this DLC. -Much more content, that you can reply to this comment about. Free Update Content: -Sauropods and especially Hybrid Sauropods being able to fight back. -New Dr Wu and Hybrid Decorations -Las Cinco Meurtes Islands available in sandbox and challenge mode. (For random reasons) -Dinosaur Panicking Sandbox setting -Bug fixes etc -More stuff that you can reply to in this comment Details: -Price of DLC: (Because it’s an expansion) Around maybe 10 or more dollars. Additional Note in Sandbox: You could favorite certain hybrid species, that would be saved in a normal hatchery. Just a cool idea I thought in my free time that might be semi-realistic.

For the dinosaur that "produce dung" , I have a little easter egg idea: group of Diplodocus. the reference to this idea is walking with dinosaur 1999.

I just realised this but you can create petting zoos or walkthrough exhibits with the gate glitch and not have dinosaurs escape, you could make one of them ‘zoo keeper for the day’ type of things some zoos do where you can get up close to the animals, feed them treat them and all that. Would be great if you could bring this idea into light

Yo Evo! You gotta do a Rex nest with a Spino skull in foliage or water and an abandoned destroyed Jeep.

How about a conavenator habitat I think he doesn’t get enough love u could do the habitat in a desert biodome with the Jurassic world aviary And what about a tiger velociraptor enclosure with a worker village and the tall grass I think that would be a cool Easter egg or the Jptg lagoon with tylosaurus or a baryonx horror tour with his swamp please I think that would be cool nonetheless evo I really appreciate the effort you put into your parks.

You can also use the lagoon rock as land if you bunch them together.

I REALLY love Suchomimus, Nothosaurus and my favourite Dinosaur Dinocheirus so much and putting them all into one Exhibit is just really cool. (also when you were playing the little Rexy Videos at the Bottom caught me off guard)

I suggest you do a (in any episode tbh) A mini Town/city for T.rex enclosure so it’s a reference to not only JP:Trespasser but also the San Diego incident

I would like to suggest that at some point in the park where your monorail bridges are crumbling to have a dry river bed/canyon filled with a large pack of ceolophysis - their population has exploded but since they are trapped in the canyon since the park was abandoned, they are resorting to cannibalism - inspired by walking with dinosaurs. I think coelophysis deserves a little love as its a little used dinosaur but a great scavenger species.

You should try make a habitat far from all of the others where there is a hybrid testing facility but one of them broke the fencing which makes the habitat larger for it

For the free roaming pterosaurs, I feel like it would be cool if you had almost hidden areas in maybe forests, or anywhere else with feeders so you could see them dive into the forest as if they’re hunting

Evo, I have a question! Could you make a video about tips on elevation and height differences. I always try using elevation but it ends put looking repetitive. Hill and then flat land, hill then more flat land. If you could do this I would greatly appreciate it!

I have a idea, what if you make the place where the group ran with the corythosaurids, when they got chased by the raptors, I would love that. But is it a great idea?🤔

Something i found out is if you place a tree on a hill and then use a container to keep the viewing dome down you can get a tree in the middle of a viewing dome

Hi Evo! How did you manage to get the cars to go over the lagoon? When i tried they hit the concrete wall and could not go through. Btw i did it without the monorail becouse i play on xbox one.

Maybe with the extra space u blocked off you can put like a dinosaur graveyard were they buried dead dins before the park closed with monlophosaurus running around with a dark black skin cause that’s the spookiest din I can think of I can’t remember the bunny’s name I think it’d beau not sure but anyway he is the cutest thing to walk the earth

idea for the more secluded area and island: make the secluded area a mixed pachy habitat and add stygimulochs to the island as a population of pachys that adapted to their new island envoirenment and shrunk due to insular dwarfism
