This video is a quick tour of the Mini Suites ETON Tower Makati Hotel.
What will happen if Philippine Airlines will cancel your flight/ overbooked a flight?
Our flight with Philippine Airlines was cancelled and this is one of their hotel partners. We stayed here for free courtesy of PAL. We also had free roundtrip transportation from the airport to the hotel.
Most of the passengers staying in Mini Suites complained about the food. There was no option to choose from the menu provided. Food was packed like you are quarantined. The driver of the van shared to us that ETON was the least favorite of all the passengers. Unlike other partner hotels of PAL that offer buffet food and better amenities, Mini Suites ETON is a budget alternative of PAL providing the bare necessities.

We appreciate you getting us an accommodation. We would recommend against putting passengers in Mini Suites Eton base on the feedback that we have gotten, however. Everyone that we stayed with at Mini Suites had complaints about the food, issues with rooms and staff. The driver in fact noted that people who stayed at this hotel are always unhappy, but those assigned to Holiday Inn Express, Savoy, Century Park Hotel, etc had nothing but positive experience.
