It's like 8k/day more or less. Wow😍. pwede na rin ito sa moneyed basta lang pwede mag stay ng 24 hrs sa loob. Sa hotel kasi between 10 AM-3 pm kailangan lumabas ka muna dala mga gamit mo kasi lilinisin ang place. Iiwan mo sa lobby ang mga gamit. Very inconvenient.
Nice but unfortunately there was no price stated... Which you and I know is very imperative to decide to purchase a great condo in BGC. If you are selling anything isn't that a price should be placed or stated???

So like, this is only for rent/lease? Meaning, you can't purchase or own the units and just pay for the monthly dues and other fees to enjoy the services?
Aparently, it's not for sale... so you can't own any of the units. Hence forward, you do not have any responsibility of paying any monthly dues for the services you are getting. Instead, you will only have to pay for the rent price.
@@JB-xm8qi the Horizon Homes mentioned in the video can be bought, theyre from floors 41-60. The unit in the video is one of the Serviced Residences units in 8 floors of the building, so it's for lease only. Then there are the hotel rooms.
May I know when you say lease what would be the minimum duration? A year? 6 months? a quarter or even only for a month will do? Thank you for your reply
