Hi Shino! Thank you! Yes, I had a bit of downtime in August, which was lovely. I have been in full swing since September. I teach, work multiple jobs, and make these videos in my downtime. It's a juggling act, but I love what I do! :) Thanks for working out with me!

Loved this one! I used Iso-Flex squeeze balls which worked great with all the arm movements. I was able to do everything except those "quick feet squats". Killer.

This looks amazing! My cardio endurance isn’t up to 45 minutes quite yet. I started from ground zero when I was allowed to resume cardio. I’m up to 25 minutes of HITT on the rebounder. Very soon, love your new content…awesome format and tunes! Thank you.

Loved this low impact workout. Perfect for a day when I am still feeling yesterdays workout. I still wanted to work hard but with just a little less impact. Thank you!
This was a fantastic workout! Some variations that really worked my core and arms and I love ended each round w a sprint so you can let your mind go for a minute and just run. Also the sound quality is soooo good. Cueing is clearly understood and the music was a great mix - very fun and dancey. Next stop the nightclub - someday :)
