Thanks for posting! I washed my hair in twists for the first time last weekend and it kept getting matted and tangled after the deep conditioning so I ended up re-twisting my entire head....took 8 hours 😩 length & thickness is all fun and games until you have to do this 🤣 I will try your method next time! 👍
I was wondering how to wash my hair while in twists and seeing you I see that i need to wash and retwist 😅 i have about half an inch of new growth since I last did my hair (more than a month ago). Thank God for grease! I can do my hair once and leave it be which is great bc it takes hours and my lil baby likes to take my combs and grease while I’m working 😆
I am suppose to be watching the video to learn how to wash my hair in mini twist. But I can help to be in love with your hair. It is so pretty. It is full. It is bouncy. It is perfect hair.

Thank you dear. I do not re-twist after each wash. After wash I leave it in for 2-3 weeks, then take it down and do another protective style. If I was re- twisting I will probably do it after every second wash.
Something tells me if I wash my 3b 3c mini twists they will come out. I know you don’t have hair like mine, but do you know Any way for me to make my twists last longer?
Sealing it with the hair butter helps reduces dryness and frizz.. Also focus only on you scalp when washing and not the twist strands to reduce frizz. Do the squeeze method when applying products to the hair and don’t rub the hair together with each other. These things has helped my hair not to frizz up.
New subbed here! I love styles that allow you to properly cleanse your hair when need be. The twists even look good after washing. Loved it! I have a channel as well. I make natural hair content that generally focuses on sharing inexpensive natural hair DIYs. I hope that you can check it out and support!
