Sorry for how bad this vlog is guys - I only had my phone and didn't discover until halfway through the day that using the self-camera was taking really low quality video! Plus the content isn't that great but I was so tired and hot and upset over my cosplay so that affected it greatly.
BUT I still wanted you guys to get to see a bit of Comiket all the same so I hope you still enjoy this mini-feature! Will try hard to make a much better vlog for Comiket 85 in December!!!

Yeah it was stupidly hot. I'm not sure if I'll go back to summer Comiket next year or not unless I somehow find a very hot-weather appropriate cosplay but I always end up with outfits like Kirito. It never fails.

I did go to a maid cafe which was definitely a good experience, one of the maids kept telling me how cool I was and trying to talk to me in English, which was a lot of fun and a good ego boost even though it's their job, heh.

Yeah no problem, his name is Kirito. He's the main character so he'll be easy to find when you start watching haha he starts wearing the outfit I was wearing a few episodes in.

It's an actual rule - it's one of the only things you can find in English on Comiket's website and in the guidebook. It says "Comic Market welcomes those who would like to wear costumes, but they must come to premises in plain clothes. At Comiket, first register as a cosplayer and then use the dressing room provided."

Thank you! It didn't turn out as well as I was hoping because of my changing situation and how hot it was, but hopefully it will look even better next time!

In the US they're a lot more cosplay focused - or at least, more so than Comiket specifically. Comiket is just geared towards doujinshi as the main draw I guess. And thanks >

I've done loads of hot cosplays in hot weather before and always been okay because the convention itself was always air conditioned. I didn't know that Comiket was NOT air conditioned or believe me I would have done something else.

My plan is to hopefully make another channel that can be focused on life and stuff in Japan eventually, once I can save up to get a new camera so I'm not taking video on my phone!

Yeah I went to bed at midnight and woke up at 3.30 and had just walked 40 minutes to the bus stop carrying all my stuff through really hot weather despite it being 5AM so I was really, really tired x_x

I'd always wanted to get lost on a train filled of people xD omg, that is when you must push and run as fast as you can onto the train. Lmfao, but still Tokyo is fun, you should try getting flirted up by host and go to there host club. It's really really fun to go, my friend went and it was awesome.
