What an absolutely awesome event and a fantastic day, I haven't had this much fun in ages - and everyone there was so nice and so brilliant, so thank you to everyone who made this event awesome for sure.

I hear you mention a lot that people are staring at you and you're not in cosplay yet, the reason that they're staring at you is because you're foreign. I lived in Japan for quite a bit and I always got stared at, cosplay or no cosplay.

Well, I wasn't sure if you did or not, but yeah... Stare at everything. I'm surprised that they stared at you as much, seeing as you're blonde. My blonde friends got stared at a lot less than I did.

I dony know if this was asked before but why did u say its frowned upon to cosplay at certain places in japan?

It's frowned upon to wear it outside of a convention, yes. All conventions require you to show up in casual street clothes and change in the convention property, and then change again before you leave so you only cosplay at the event itself.
