In this video, we show how our mini loader's hydraulic cylinder came undone and how we quickly and resourcefully fixed it using just a ratchet strap-no other tools needed!
We didn't disconnect it from the hydraulic system, no mess, no complications!
Watch as we demonstrate this simple yet effective solution to get our equipment back in action. Perfect for those times when you need a quick fix on the go!
The mini loader FLAND FL 45 some other models are TR45 can lift 540 lb of concrete mix without problems.

Yes. We managed to fix it because we grew up with smart people... you know what I'm saying 😏

Nice, you got it fixed. If there is a next time, just open the two hydraulic lines on the cylinder, then with hand pressure only push the rod back inside the cylinder body. Oil will come out one loose line fitting and air will go back inside the cylinder on the other. Once the clevis end is back together and repaired tighten the lines and it will self bleed the air out by operating the steering and check the hydraulic tank level.

Thanks. Your advice sounds easier! Our problem is that none of us has any mechanical experience... Another problem was that we didn't have extra fluid on hand to bleed the hose because we were remote, and it was Sunday afternoon. We need the machine to be available the next morning ( right now, it is in use). Thank you so much for the simple explanation... we couldn't find a simpler one!

@@LarchLine The most important thing is you were proactive, resourceful and got it fixed just fine. I am enjoying your wheel loader videos, thanks.

We haven't invented the wheel, yet we can find many ways to re-invent it😇

if you can pull the bolts/nuts off one at a time and put some loc-tite on that may help keep your bolt tight longer.

I hate to tell you, but all you had to do was start the machine and turn the wheel and that cylinder would have moved in and out as you turn the steering wheel.

We know that yet the cilnder went out from itself totally. We tried to turn the steering wheel, yet there was no way to make it go in its place. We had to press it to be able to shrink it. Another solution was to bleed the hydraulic liquid, yet we aren't too close to the store, and we don't have time to waste... Thanks. We made it work like that.
