In June we hosted our first MRW open day at our workshop in Nottingham.
This marked the formation of our Portable Miniature Railway Club and was a great opportunity to showcase our 7 1/4" gauge track.
We were lucky to be joined by multiple clubs, who brought track, locos and rolling stock to the event, which can be seen throughout the video.
Our route was layed out in our yard and joined track belonging to multiple clubs, with two sets of MRW portable points in use to give us a complete miniature railway.
The whole route was all layed, operated and then taken up in the space of 8 hours.
