Minimal Cottage Home Tour // 1400 Square Feet on 2 Acres 

PERFECT. PERFECT. PERFECT. I could cry. Your home is so much what I'm focusing in for my retirement. I want to place a 1400 sf cottage off a road in a wooded area in Georgia. My dream is to have a screen porch on the east side of the house for evenings. I've been teaching for over 3 decades and...ahhhhhh.... your floor plan looks perfect. The pitched ceiling in your living room is my ideal. I'm an ironing queen, so your area with a window view makes me relax.
