From a garage to a space like this! We love her outdoor space as well as her kitchen. What's your favorite part of her tour? Let us know in the comments.
If you want a bigger and international audience why don't just add squaremeters so the rest of us don't have to look it up or stop caring for channels like this? I think it's a small improvement that could really add to the channel:)
I love, love, love her place! It looks larger than 550 Sq.Ft.! She organized and decorated it well! She's so creative! Makes me want to convert my garage into an apartment! What is most fascinating about her is her helping others organize their spaces, too! I just love that!!🤗
I live in TX and a decor like this is much more common in major cities Austin, Dallas, and Houston, so bravo to Michelle for being a very creative women. I love her sleeping nook, bathroom, and floating book shelf. She's giving me Kelly Clarkson vibes ☺️
She did a lovely job with such a small space. I'd be proud of myself too. Lovely. I would love to see the outside living space when plant pots, climbing plants etc have matured and made the space lush and dramatic. Such potential! 😊👍
I love this!! It may be one of my favorite small spaces!! The natural light and big windows really open up the space. I have an armoire too that I will never get rid of. It's like an extra closet and holds seasonal decor as well as serving pieces for the holidays.
Love the space....although small, it doesn't feel that way. When you live in a small home, having an outdoor space is EVERYTHING. We do most of our entertaining outside. I love the bathroom that you did. The sleeping space is a little bit too "cozy" for me as I love to sleep with my windows open and fresh air, but aside from that, I could definitely move in and feel right at home. Also, the quote by Mary Oliver that you have framed is one of my favorites and the only quote I also have displayed in my home.
I love the sleeping nook! When we all shifted to work from home, I switched my tiny home office (where I used to work from home once a month or so) to my bedroom and moved my bedroom into the home office space, which basically only is large enough for my bed and one table. Works very well, and it's so cozy.
I love this, as someone who's just moved and downsized with my family to find peace and quiet to heal after nearly 8 years of illness I can completely understand the philosophy behind this way of living. This home is beautiful, we are also building ours inside and out from facebook marketplace etc finds, what a wonderful age we live in where we can furnish a home for nothing/next to nothing and it can look lovely and bring joy and peace ...
Loved everything about the space. She has great taste and style. Would've loved to have seen how big the walk-in was since I didn't see any storage anywhere for clothes though she mentioned it.
I love apartment therapy it just makes me dream about the tiny place I’ll have one day. I love how they make small spaces look amazing. I don’t have a ton of stuff so this is what I wish to have one day. I can’t now, but one day.
This is a really cute space! I find it a little funny though, that the kitchen which is "used to make cocktails and coffee" is so large and the bedroom is just a tiny little nook.😄
Very nice! I I like how she set up her books on the wall that floating book thing that’s cool, love the open shelves in the kitchen & the armoire for food storage great idea!
Very attractive apartment! Too many windows for my taste (unusual, I know - most people like a lot of windows) but the way she has organised the space, all the care that has gone into selecting the right materials, etc, is impressive. And I love the sleeping nook!
Michelle pat yourself on the back. You did a Fantastic Job! I would live there in an instance. I love the open concept. light and eclectic vibe. The bathroom turned out great. The armoire as a pantry is a great out of the box idea. I love the sleeping nook. it private and cozy. Your interior design skills paid off. Be proud!
This is a lovely space. If I am allowed to provide a kind of an irrelevant observation from US interiors videos, I would say that US Americans drink innumerable glasses of wine😊
@@TheCiamarie I lived in Tacoma for 16 years, never drank wine that was made in Washington, and never drank a hot Starbucks coffee beverage either. I like their fraps though.
I love what you did with your space. Gave yourself more “living” room and a cozy sleeping nook. We’re only in our beds for 8 hours a night or day according to your shift. I love the fact that your bed is put away behind your kitchen. You could even put a room divider up for company. Not that that matters. I saw one at Hobby Lobby that I was thinking about getting. I’m hopefully moving into a 700 square foot apartment by December first and have been arranging my furniture in my sleep lol! Ty for sharing your home. Truly unique and beautiful. 💫
I live in 400 sq.ft, so this is actually huge to me. Looks like a fabulous place for a party, as well as very stunning. Didn't see a closet, mine at 400, has a"closet room" besides. They never count closets, in sq. footage. So, perfect, except...Frankly, storage, especially clothes, is CLOSE to everything...¹
I wish you lived in Washington State!! I design tiny homes and micro apartments. I end up helping with the interior design too as many people need help with the smaller spaces. You did a perfect job on your own home!! Setting zones is so important with limited space. You and your home are just beautiful!! Congrats!! xoxo
I love this, it's so neat! I love the sleeping nook also but I would have to have my mattress up off the floor..even if I had to build my own platform. I would love some type of wall shelf in there also but I guess you could always use a tray. Just lovely 💗💗💗
It is a really nice home. Like how the bed space is hidden away and so small, a real space saver. It is not really a small space for one person but nevertheless, she did great things with it. Beautifully clean light spaces. Big furniture fits perfectly in the space provided. So much light, and the outdoor space is a huge plus. Not a fan of open shelving but some people love it. Otherwise, I am overwhelmed by the virtue signaling here. I am glad she has a fulfilling job saving the world, non-profit and being eco-friendly and travels all over the country.
Even with all of her lovely windows, the home is somewhat dark inside, IMO. I think she needs some overhead lighting and to put more powerful bulbs in her existing lamps.
