Even the bathroom is a lot bigger than it needs to be there there's definitely space to put a closet nice generous size closet in there other than that you know the lack of refrigerator I mean this would fit nicely in the backyard you could put a refrigerator in there a decent size refrigerator as well as a walk-in closet if you cut out the bar stools as well as the oversized shower you could have definite walk-in closet space which is perfect
Oh I have actually stayed on that property. It was a beautiful place and home but on the pricey side for me. Considering it is suck a small space. But over all I enjoyed my stay there.
Cardinal birds run off others..those and blue Jay's are bad about that..the only thing I would do differently is add a marble seat in that shower..other then that Kelly's this spot is perfect..great find and I too love that archway Savannah :)

Ok as a holiday let for a couple of days but not as a regular home. Not enough privacy, facilities and storage, and can anyone sleep in a greenhouse, where are the blinds?
Badly laid out with the bed domineering the main living space. I would move it into kitchen alcove and have kitchen in corner of an increased large living area.
Disclaimer: I know this is unsolicited advice and I should stay quiet but...don't get me wrong, I totally look forward to watching your videos in my feed but I hope you take this comment as constructive crit (in the kindest way possible). As a person who went to college for an art degree, we can probably assume that you love each of the properties you tour with us (and we love you for doing that!!) but instead of saying over and over again in each video how much you love this and like that, my professors would always snap back with, "well WHY?" Invite us to form our own opinion to love something and this may help to appeal to a greater audience. Otherwise it's just a Levi Kelly opinion-based tour, which for some may satisfy their viewing experience. Again, this is just something I noticed and mean this from a good place. 🙏 Also, I've added this place to a wishlist of locations I hope yo visit someday so thank you for bringing this and so many other properties into our purview.
@Michele Armes If someone can't come to their own conclusions independently despite someone saying how he loves the site, doesn't know how to think critically. This is Levy Kelly's channel and he can say how much he loves it as much as he wants.
The interior is nice, but I wouldn't feel comfortable as there is no privacy option. Big windows, glass entry doors, you even have glass doors at the shower. I know this house is in the wild and there is a small chance anyone could see me, but still it sits in my head ;)
