The procedure is essentially no different from conventional cementation methods. Sandblast the zirconia structure again after the final try-in! Clean the bonding surface with alcohol, then etch the enamel and spread the MDP monomer bonder thinly on the enamel surface and on the inside of the zirconia structure. Dry slightly with oil-free air and then apply the corresponding cement paste and cement the zirconia structure as usual in dry oral conditions.

@@zirkonzahn ZR materials can not be etched, we tried it several times with your materials and it keeps falling down from the patient mouse, we had to redo it from a glass ceramic materials

Of course zirconia is not etchable. :) The most important thing is that the zirconia is well sandblasted. We recommend 110 grit between 2 and 3 bar pressure. You should sandblast the inner surface for at least 10 seconds. After the try-in in the patient's mouth, i.e. before cementing, the zirconium should be sandblasted again in the practice. If the practice does not have a sandblaster, it is recommended to wet the inner surface of the zirconia with etching gel anyway, as this has a very strong cleaning effect on the zirconia material and ensures that the surface to be bonded can be optimally coated with bonder.
