see the thing is, simon doesnt get half the jokes tommy makes because he doesnt regularly watch tommyinnit, so thats why it seems awkward at times. because tommy's audience is WAYY different to simons

it's sad that so many people hate on tommy for being childish or whatever. it's understandable that many sidemen fans might not find him funny or interesting, but as a fan of both it's honestly embarrassing to see all these fans who are really being the immature ones by shitting on 17 year olds. i have never once felt ashamed to be part of the mcyt community, and frankly it's one of the best communities out there, and so is the sidemen. it's disappointing to feel this need to defend and explain about this because it should be so dam obvious. grow up, people.

I understand some people don't like Tommy, but even if you don't think he is entertaining just respect him because he is only 17 and about to hit 10 mil. I was also watching the stream at the time and felt so embarrassed to be a supporter of Simon because the whole chat was just spamming how boring Tommy is and acted like they were 5 years old.

Half of Tommy’s humour is drowned in sarcasm and creating an awkward environment which is why I think a plot of his non fans may watch it and not find it funny, like Simon. The other half is filled with inside jokes, ie everything in the first 3/5 mins of his vlog is just his own personal jokes (Queen, Pigstep song, etc) which is why Simon wouldn’t really find it appealing
