This is better than everything I've seen, good writing, a nice balance, good shuff. It could use a bit of music tho, the sound design is nice but it's sometimes hard to tell tension or emphasis but that's really it.

That beginning part with Grace saying what sounds like gibberish at 0:08 and not about the sign really threw me off XD I had to relisten like five times to makes sure that the audio isn't matching with the words. Which made me wonder if Hyde has auditory processing disorder XD
