You can get this game for free if you have purchased Domekeeper with these simple instructions: Open the game and either rotate your head 90 degrees or your screen (Dont rotate both as that either cancels out the effect or turns into the next sequel "Ceiling Guardian")

Detaching from the wall to dodge as many attacks as possible is kinda key to survive as long as possible. Yeah, it takes a bit of time to reattach..but...patience, spider boy, patience...

@@WelcomeToCJWorld for me, the kind of sucks part for Domekeeper is that after a while, you'll mine so much that getting to any place will be so long even with maxed out speed This game however, gives you multiple mining points so you can't overmine anyplace

Plot twist: The developer was originally trying to orientate this with the ground on the bottom. But her messed up the coordinates and said screw it, it's a wall now.

My good sir. A game came out recently that you make like. It's called 'Meet your Maker'. You build (engineer) deadly dungeon that other players raid. You get loot for killing them, and they get loot for completing the dungeon you built. It's a slow burn though, takes a little time before you can start building your own dungeons. Might interest you.

Your description sounded interesting so I had a look. The reviews highlight a great point about game dev. You can't control how players will play your game. You have a certain idea in your head of how much people will push certain mechanics, how much they will use the various gameplay loops etc. It is wrong. You have to think like a player trying to maximise everything about your game. In this vein, I think the devs need to make a lot of changes to the building side of things to make it more social instead of just killbox after killbox. Encourage players to make fun maps. If the community enjoy those maps, they stay around longer. If they're not enjoyable, they get deleted. Builders should be followable. Raider and builder unlocks should be different currencies with a way to convert between them at a loss. That's just off the top of my head from reading three reviews.

Cool game, but I'm sightly confused at the point of it being sideways. It contributes little beyond just being sightly different than Dome Keeper, but not in a good way.

There must be a backstory to these two games. The whole sideways part looks like an afterthought to me, to make it a bit more "different" - but the rest of the game is so much more detailed than dome keeper, that I think it's developing must have started right around the same time or a bit after, back when it was "dome romantik".

You wouldn't have such an issue with healing if you actually finished the waves. Also, mine literally everything on the edges AT LEAST, so much stuff hidden behind 1 block hallways, including free upgrades. I love the domekeeper vids, I'm glad you found this game.

21:36 devssssssssssssss. Make the health bar have a back gradient delay that shows where the health was, vs how much was lost, for a few secs or blink. Because with his cuts and your effect is on the other side of the screen and instantly moves health bar = too hard to see.

A few tips for you here Matt: Go down the wall first. Always go to the far right of a mine to check for stuff! You can resource train by wiggling the vacuum around and moving smoothly away. Always collect purples, you'll see you'll need lots. Be wary of the cloud layers... Each "biome" has only one resource so don't over mine them if you don't need them. And my final and best piece of advice, leave one tiny flying shooter enemy alive.... And you'll see. ;3 Enjoy that last one you "spiffing engineer".
