I am not a fan of Akpabio. but 5 years after he left office, I watch how the current Governor Udom could not complete a flyover or single major road in 5 years, when it took Akpabio just months to complete 4 flyovers, build bridges. I realized Akpabio was the best thing that happened to Akwa Ibom.

I love this Akpabio anyway. I don't know about you ooo but I'm convinced. I'm just convinced.

Complete nonsense. The interviewer is extremely inexperienced and docile. She just allowed him to say rubbish with confidence without addressing the issues. She should have done her proper research and ask specific questions on the allegations. I trust my Maope Ogun or Seun Okinbaloye of Channels. They would have put him in his place. Stupid thief

When a man talks to much about God before making a point, run from him or her. If you are upright and want to run for political appointments better go and hide your original certificate in a vault where nothing or no one will temper with it, because that's one of the ways this wicked people bring genuine people down. The interviewer is very poor and did little research. All she said he is two term governor and so much funding has been put in place but does not state how much funding was given under his tenure. And then t ask him to account for the funding during the two terms. She is allowing him to bully her and dictate the debate. She should have also probed him about the allegations that were made about him this week. Poor interview and it appears there is no research team. It is also poor journalism for the presenter to read letters that have not been verified. Very unprofessional

With some cunning jujitsu , Akpabio took control of this interview and landed a flurry of karate chops on Joy Nunieh's neck. He kept saying he wasn't there to discuss her but he came prepared with various documents about her. Fear politicians!

Poor interview! I couldn’t figure out if the interview was about to glorify the NDDC and Buhari or to respond to the allegations against him. Where is Charles ? Why didn’t he handle this interview ?

Problem with him is, he’s convinced he’s an orator and very smart. Therefore, he likes hearing himself speak! Cardboard politician. No moral fibre nor compass. Weird. As a so-called leader, how does he navigate or carry others along? Forever smart by half! That’s why Nigeria is lost!

Sadly the interviewer didn't take charge of her own show.Seemed to me that she was encouraging him to talk about irrelevant things rather than issues on ground like the allegations against him.Would've been a wonderful show but she blew it all.

I am disappointed at this interviewer. Why didn’t she ask him about the allegation Mrs Joy leveled about him insisting she take an oath?

Then you should be willing and confident to be investigated. Joy Nunieh, former NDDC boss' voice should not be dismissed or shut down. All allegations must be throughly heard and investigated publicly, so your name can be cleared.

This woman is only fluent with queens English but lacks the techniques to interview such personality like Akpabio.

Former MD of NDDC Joy Nunieh said in her statement that no payment from the NDDC Will be made without the approval and signature of Senator Akpabio the Hon Minister of Niger Delta . She also said in that same statement that Senator Akpabio wouldn’t sign any document to prevent him implicating himself in any wrongdoing which sounds conflicting according to me. Now Senator Akpabio has provided alleged legitimate reasons for her removal as MD of NDDC but why didn’t the presidency or the Minister of Niger Delta vet her accurately before her appointment as head of NDDC so her removal looks suspicious as well. Surely after the former Minister of Finance blonder with NYSC certificate they Government surely would have had a vetting procedure to prevent such mistakes reoccurring and this is why I question her removal and whether is politically motivated to cover up any alleged misconduct. If the Honourable Minister says he wants to fix Niger Delta and developed the region. With all due respect his a respectable former Governor and senator of the Federal Republic with a track record of development & achievements But in my opinion The first thing he should have done is to vet the leadership of the NDDC commission which is Joy Nunieh before implementing his developing agenda for the Niger Delta region. He mentioned forensic auditing that’s like 5 years late Mr President promised to fight corruption from 2015. With Niger Delta being a Ministry with high importance why is this forensic auditing happening 5 years late this whole situation is just unbelievable and painful to Nigerians.

However, my blame on Niger Delta problems goes to Jonathan who a came from the region as CinC and did not ensure proper job was done even in his time.
