I walk through the process of building out my friend's 2013 Toyota Sienna into a livable stealth campervan. #vanlife #vanbuild #camper #campervan #minivan #getoutside
So, you missed the "stupid look" part of shop class, but you obviously learned everything else, that was more important. Love your use of logic and humor.
Lol, heres one for the comment section! I love seeing how they have the white vehicals sideway! Although when you experience life time and time again, you just know thats not what it is! And it does get old when you have people work thier ass off, meet every achievment and then back to non sence! No thank you! People don't build to be around bumm tool sets! Awesome build
I would never have watched this if I didn't know you and your customer, but if I hadn't watched this, I would have totally missed out. Fantastic work: carpentry, design, commentary, videography, faces. Wow!
IMPRESSIVE build-out of an excellent design - THANKS for taking the time to document the entire construction process, adding your sense of humor to the final cut, and sharing the video.
Brilliant! I hope she loved it. I certainly would. You have taught me a lot just in this one video for when I get my van. I won't be living in it full time. I'll just be a snowbird to Arizona in the winter.
Thank you for actually showing the process. I’m not a carpenter so I’m always curious how this stuff is done. Now I know and may be able to attempt it on my own!
I'm a long time close friend of Linda's. I absolutely LOVE what you created here! Is this what you do for a living? If not, you should - so many people converting vans to travel and even live in now. :) Well done mate, Keith
Nice job! I just took out the back seats put a couple of moving blankets down and put a twin memory foam mattress. I travel for work every month and my van is my home on wheels!
Mad skills, wish I had a friend like you! This was entertaining, informative and at times funny too. Great job not just on the build but on your video.
Kudos for keeping it moving, keeping it light and not putting in ads and no goofy faced clickbait thumbnails. You're bucking the trend and I like it. I have two old siennas and you're making me inspired.
A very nice piece of work! Impressive. I think this minivan is one of the best. The 2023 model gives you 36 mpg! Older models from 2020 are 27 mpg. Nothing comes this close. Spacious inside, easy to drive, nice ergonomics and 36 mpg! If I were this owner, I would sell all the extra seats, tracks, everything. Keep it as a conversion and go all the way to making it a cute functional RV for short hauls. Add the overhead fan, extra house batteries, small inverter, gas stove, fridge, and exterior shower. The payload capacity for 2023 is 1330 lbs. Towing capacity is 3500 lbs. Truly a great vehicle. You did a very nice job on the floor and bed. They look superb. I wish you had spent a few more minutes on the finished tour. It was too short. Also please don't put links up on screen till video is over. Thanks for no music!
You did a great job with just building it without plans. You have some talent in carpentry. I think the van owner’s going to be very comfortable living in it or just a weekend trip.
That was a really good video! And I sincerely thank you for not making me listen to your tools like so many do. I also appreciate the quality of your work! I get pretty upset when people are too far from the microphone and I can't hear anything they are saying. 👍💕🤗
Outstanding!!! Love your tone, and commentary..you made it enjoyable to watch! Such talent and I hope you got paid well...very simple clean design. Love it!
great job, I know your friend will enjoy the build, I enjoyed watching this build, and so I decided to Subscribe to your channel , great job, gave it a thumbs up 👍🏻And thanks for Sharing your build and Van Conversion Tour with Us.
That's not a stupid look. Intelligence is not caring how you look or thinking about it when you're working. I know you were being funny, but we are infinite intelligence expressing in all these beautiful creative ways. I would love to know how to do this stuff. ❤
Wow fantastic job! I’m getting ready to do a van build on my 2021 Toyota sienna XSE, yes I want to take my backseats out. Yes I’m aware that I’m going to have to get cheating device to deactivate the airbag warning light on the dash. Several videos showing how to do this. It is the perfect camper with the 1500 W inverter system, love using my Insta pot while camping or anything with electricity and not having to have a generator! Also the climate control is fantastic at night when it’s sticky outside! Left my van on for two nights of camping, about 9 1/2 hours each night, and I still averaged a 34 miles per gallon average for that tank!
Very cool build, thanks for sharing. I plan on making a build very similar to this. I’m also leaving the same 3rd row seat, but mine will be used to sit on, not folded down.
This is brilliant. I've often thought that I should do something with my 2006 Sienna where I could travel in it like a camper or even live in it. I envy people with your skills. I wish that I could have something like this done. Well done
Great job on the build , I guess it helps when you have the skill and know how. I would like to build something like this but no to live in it but as a weekend get away. Great job, and thanks for sharing.
