installed one this morning by myself, I'm 76 years old and it took me about 2 hours, did not take the bumper loose, nor the exhaust. looks good already moved my boat with it.
It is nice to know it is possible to insert the hitch without drop the exhaust. I dont want to drop the exchaust because that could put stress on the exchaust pipe connection which is held by with 2 bolts, that’s not a flexible connection.
Thanks for the video! Yours was the first one I saw that mentioned that the bumper didn't need to come off to install it. It looked nearly impossible without two people. My buddy came over and we finished it up in 15 minutes. We didn't even have to bother with taking the muffler down. An extension got us right to the bolts with our torque wrench. I was able to use the impact and torque wrench on the other side.
Nice. Im tossing up between adding a trailer hitch for either my 2004 Mazda 3 or my 2000 Ford Falcon Wagon which is a 4 litre engine. Dont need to tow a big trailer just a basic box trailer with a caged side.

The uhaul style is the best and for what you using for as you showed your ok I guess but I can pull bigger trailer then you and distribution of my weight is way better and I'm not going be fish tailing while I'm going down Road that's why As you mentioned uhaul that's why they salel the best products instead in house hitch you got with matte spray paint instead my hand crafted powder coated nice quality trailer u -haul sales that metal is from USA 🇺🇸 instead Chinese products from etrailer if you want look factory then get model that is hidden from U-Haul witch is 💯 times better also the video is about instalation of hitch not putting u haul down for products that made them what they are Today 👍then what you got I don't blame you for hiding that peace metal Looks like you took hammer to side of it to fit under panel 😉 🤣
@@PIPSBURGHVIEWS the tongue weight is different and if you going be towing U Haul trailers Like me the exposed Hitch has more capacity and You can distribute weight on Rear of trailers instead front Like you got on your van
