This is a 52" Minka Aire Supra ceiling fan in the Brushed Steel finish with Silver blades. The model number is F568-BS and this fan is dated to have been manufactured November 2000, making this a very early version of this model. This fan features a 188mm x 15mm motor and uses your standard 3-speed pull chain operation. The fan you see here was previously used as a showroom display model and saw very little use during it's lifetime which leaves it in near-mint condition today.
Every fan company seems to have their staple fan model, one that seems to stand the test of time and continues to sell even decades after it's released on the market; for Minka Aire, that would probably be the Supra. By the late 90's Minka Aire was beginning to really make a name for themselves in the industry, offering several designer models and making their way into the showroom echelon of the market. From what I can tell the Supra model was introduced in 2001 in a variety of (3) sizes; 52", 44" and 32". This model was also offered in several finishes and quickly assumed the roll of Minka Aire's standard and versatile model. Essentially this was the go-to fan for someone who wanted something that would work with a variety of interior styles without paying a premium that other brands had. Now over 20 years later, the Supra is still on the market and a staple of Minka Aires lineup. Over the years there have been several finishes added/discontinued and versions that include light kits have also been made available.
Overall this fan performs very well for what you get at a lower price point. The components are your standard cast-zinc and stamped steel but it doesn't feel cheap. I suppose my only criticism is that the blades are MDF, this cheaper material could experience sag or warping after a prolonged use. The motor is silent and the overall output of air movement is fairly decent. Overall just a great value and decent fan!
