I see you made a progress over past 9 months with your hair. You should consider taking dutasteride oraly and keep fin topical and give it at least a year before hair transplant. Dutasteride blocks enzyme that causes increased sebum production and in turn cause DHT itch on people with AGA. You should also consider adding tretinoin to the minoxidil to increase its effect.
