I bought this but my networks is so slow like this reel is also not loading and when theyre checking 5g signals then they said your area supports 5g now its not even 2g
Ya they worked great for like 3 months Suddenly all my phone does is buffer and lag. I upgraded to the unlimited plan and all it did was waste money. Called over 10 times over the course of 2 months. Each time they told me they fixed it but didn't. This time I asked for a supervisor she says the guy that can fix it will call in 2 days. So... my phone is still screwed up, it will continue be for 2 days, and probably will continue to be until I get switched to a company that actually works. Just try to open this ap was painstaking. And I can't get even a short video like this to play.
Could it be the problem from the phone itself? My old phones does the same thing, but it got better after I went to a phone repair and changed its battery
Bro I'm trying to buy an esim but it only accepts 3 types of phones; Google, apple and Samsung. And mine is Motorola, do u know if there's a way to get it?
@@OdinTheGiant yeah I like how people say this don't specify anything and then don't reply when asked what the problem was. I had to call mint to move my esim after I removed it from the phone and couldn't get the SMS. Had no issues.
@@TechOut i had mint for a year or so its not horrible but where i worked i couldnt get 5g so i switched to verizon...and i still cant get 5g. Now im stuck in a contract but ill be back to mint when its done.
I bought the unlimited plan for the esim and everytime it tries to bring me too the page it never loads. I tried different browsers but it still wont load
@@TechOut no, t mobile is fully unlimited. I'm a blogger and I use 100 gigs per month and my data never slows down. I be at 50 gigs by the middle of the month without any issues.
You can check your IMEI without calling. If you want to keep your number you need to have it transferred to mint before cancelling or you will loose it
If you got I phone it’s easy to check if it’s android there a number you can text and it will tell if your phone is unlocked or not hopefully it’s not a T-Mobile. Android your be locked in
@@mikemichalski4859 The unlimited plan is 30.00. If you're fine with just 5 GB than it will stay 15.00 a month.. since you have to pay 3 months 6 months or a year you're always going to pay at least 45 plus tax fees for service.
Hi i know its a pretty dumb question but after i order the esim and the plan from the mint mobile official web site will they sent my new number esim qr code in my email right? And can i connect that number with the mint mobile app too?
Yep you will get an emall with a QR code and your number. Use this link for $15 a month for 3 months on any plan mint-mobile.58dp.net/c/4317191/451368/7915 Link may not be clickable in shorts comments you may have to copy and paste it. Or go to the description of my most recent video it's there as well
