I agree about the playset .... an updated TOS set would be nice ... in the style of Deda, hope I spelled it right .... and all the Klingons from the TOS as well as McCoy and Scotty which we haven't seen yet ...and ALIENS ....bunches of em ... thnx

I always wanted some of the Search for Spock/The Voyage Home figues with those truly great costumes that they wore, you know besides the uniforms. I know Diamond Select/Art Asylum released a few(I Actually have them). But a full line would be nice. Unfortunately, Star Trek never had the same sustainability as Star Wars and the toy lines were usually short lived, and sadly incomplete.😢

i found and bought a klingon METAL ship (about 4 inches long) and a 1/18 scale Klingon and his dog-thing at my Winn Dixie shopping with my dad. had to have them. loved Klingons from then on.

Wrath of Khan, is such a good movie. Love the new Mego TREK figures....can't wait till the NEXT GEN figures hit the stores.

A Mego-styled M'Ress, Worf or Janeway would be pretty cool.

Thanks for the advance look! Any word as to why they skipped Khan's glove? It's been a funny source of contention for Nicholas Meyer over the years as he refuses to give any specific in-canon source for it at conventions.

So far in the last two 1/2 months I’ve purchased the TOS Kirk and Spock with tribbles. The Romulan Commander variant which looks incredible. Found them all at Target. Would like to add McCoy and a Klingon in the future. So get crackin’ Mego!

Oh so jealous. Looking forward to getting these. My Star Trek wish is another crack at a Talos figure, but this time in a screen accurate attire. Now that would be great. Thanks for sharing.

My biggest question has been on the minds of all of my friends as we were children growing up why was there never a Lieutenant Sulu or an Ensign Chekov figure in the Migo line

A real strong design from Mego with a lot of license specific details, sweet. :D I know the company has done rooted hair but I don't really like how they do that approach ijs. However I do think some kind of layered soft PVC approach might find better head turning solutions for long sculpted hair. Tough call about ideas, I think Critters and C.H.U.D. could work being known but I'd imagine not overly pricey as a license. Saw some George Romero movie figures that would be fun if Mego did them.

I turned my Spock into Prince Namor when I was a little guy. I took his head and put it on another Mego's body, added Robin's pants and Conan's bracelets. The only thing missing were the Submariner's winged ankles.😀

I have a small Khan figure made by Playmates...and a huge fan of Star Trek.

Why no mention of how sloppy the shoulder strap looks? A snap on the front flap top corner to hold the strap and flap in place would have been much better and accurate. The straight leg pants are awful as well and the should be closer to bell bottoms.

I wish they didn't use long pants. It doesn't look right to me. I turned on the Wrath Of Khan to compare the figures with it. I would have liked the old style pants with a red stripe more. As for my Trek figures wish list? They need to do Bones and Scottie. More aliens too.

Are these 8" figures like in the 70's, or shorter like the reissues? Also, it would be great if they make a Genesis Planet playset with the torpedo tube casket and a child Spock! I need these figures!

Great figures. Two complaints, and one goes back to original TOS figures. Star Trek TOS uniforms and Wrath of Khan era uniforms carry their communicator on the backside of the belt. Back then, I used to turn the belt so it was on with the communicator on the backside, and then my dad used a heat gun to flip the phaser holder. I am about your age. Second complaint: the white strap that, in TWoK, holds the top of the flap closed, appears to have a plastic piece holding it to the uniform, not the separate piece that folds.

I only got into Mego figures from your channel. I'm way too young to have played with them when I was kid. I was born in 1985. I do think the 8" figures are really cool and I'm kind of sad they went out of fashion in favor of 3 1/4" molded plastic. As far as a wish fulfillment MEGO line, If I had been a Gen Xer and been a kid then I would probably have loved for MEGO to expand the Conan figure from World's Greatest Superheroes into a full line of Swords and Sorcery figures and playsets featuring Baddies from Conan like Thulsa Doom and the Serpent Men and then expanding with figure sets based on other Sword and Sorcery Characters like Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser or Elric of Melnibone. Though on second thought the Elric books really aren't kid friendly. I probably should not have been reading those at that age.

I'd love to see more TNG. I have the ones they made in Diamond Select...but i need more...all of them.

I think it be cool to get the green Hornet especially if they used could do another version. Of worlds greatest super heroes Golden age style besides the the green Hornet you could have the fighting yank , the black terror , miss masquerade. And kateo oh and the Tim the teen terror . Maybe they could even do a limited edition first appearance green Hornet based on how looked in first comic .
