Local designer, my ears just perked up. This interior is magnificent! So, after the crash way back when, now, I bought this townhome loft for 59 bucks a square feet. I'm so afraid I'll make a big Bozo boo boo if I do the interior myself. This place has great bones and was built by a now defunct high end developer, Aaron Temple.
