Wow. I’m walking on a trail while listening to this. While walking there’s a tree that is on the ground creating a barrier so I had to go around it. Well when I was coming back around I didn’t see the tree. The barrier was gone for a few seconds as I got closer the tree was there. I’m blown away. This was a reminder for me that all is an illusion and the barrier is there if I want it to be. Thank you!!!

I literally just released almost 10 years of shame and guilt. I cried hysterically. I didn’t realize how much pent up shame I was holding but this helped me release the majority of it, if not all of it. Thank you so much for your service to the collective, finding this channel is a miracle in itself 🙏❤️❤️
