I saw the irony of Fulton's steamboat on the baby's crib. What's ironic? John Fitch of Warminster, Bucks County, was operating a steamboat on the Delaware River back in 1786, a full 21 years before Fulton launched the Clermont in New York. Bill a/k/a AshburnStadium
