Perfection!!! LOVE it!!! What a beautiful voice and poignant song. NOTHING Gwen or Blake put out comes close to this at all. They are Not even in the same league as this woman!!

Will always be a fan and for those of who judge...you need to pay attention to the words and not make assumptions. The song is about her being HURT and while she is on tour waking up in different beds (towns) she continues using different vices (smoking cig, drinking and writing) until she finally one day doesn't feel the pain so much and that's because of friends and music. If you can't pay attention to the song because you have already made your mind up then I feel sorry for you!! This is a beautiful song done with taste from country music's best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I m not sure why people compare artists to one another especially when it involve people that have been in relationship at one point in time. Couples fight and divorce all the time but that doesn't make one better than the other. Whether Blake, Miranda or Gwen, they are all unique in their own ways. That s what makes the world a fun place to live. Diversity, different song genre, people of color, big or slim, tall or short. All that matters is that you enjoy whatever gifts God has blessed each with. I listen to music and enjoy the melody they bring. No preference in my case.

Since ive heard this song, ive literally listened to it over and over. I used to say we were Tim and Faith, now i know we were you and Blake. Im going through it to girl, every step of the way. But at the end of the day, its never the same. On a separate note, This song is incredible, the way the static of the record plays in the background. The sorrow, longing, lonliness, and the edge of her voice. The song is just so full of emotion its raw and its real. As with all extraordinary musicians there will forever be one Miranda Lambent. She has the voice of an angel and beauty beyond compare. Blake now has a woman old enough to be Miranda mother. Although he tries to drown out the irritating very nasal and cupid doll style voice of Gwen in their duets with loud music and his singing over them Gwen still can be heard enough to totally ruin an other wise decent song. All this negativity with his career and our Miranda comes out with this wonderfully sung and so powerful and stinging in its reality for us all song. .Miranda Thank you for giving us all the hours of pleasure we have enjoyed because of you and your music.

The fact is, NOBODY know what goes on in a marriage except the 2 people in the relationship. They are both extremely talented artists. Blake is usually full of fun, light-hearted music but his pain is showing through on his new album, and that's okay too. Miranda is an outrageously talented song writer and singer and each album she comes out with reflects her life and what she's going through at the time. She is amazing. Enough said. And we, as fans, are here to enjoy the music and support the artists, not judge them for what they do in their personal lives and relationships.
