This act is near-perfection. Miro sings beautifully (and is beautiful), the choreography is solid, everyone looks amazing... I could watch this on repeat all day as it's rather mesmerizing. Definitely one of the most underrated acts in the past 10 or so years.
I believe Bulgaria was intentionally disqualified anyway ....despite having the Top 10 quality of presentation ...while Croatia could have done better in many regards, with all the admiration I have for Roko as a vocal singer.......Miro however is completely another stratum ......next level;)
this and 2011 were the only entries that really deserved a final place... Nice song and performance... fortunately Bulgaria is back with more power than ever...
Only if they send their best pop artist (this guy) again, but I doubt he will be returning on that competition.....even if did ....he is destined to remain a misunderstood Artist.... :)
OMG!!! I will never forgive Europe for not getting Bulgaria and Slovakia in the final!!! These two were the whole package!!! They danced, sang and were on point in most of their songs, how could the judges not notice that! I mean, the public has less critics to value, and they have their favorites well defined but the judges? They are supposed to judge base in some criteria but sometimes it looks like they are more fan than the public itself or just watched the day before the Contest the polls and make their decisions based on these!!! Shame on you!!!
Miro's Angel Si Ti is like : "I might not be the best song in Eurovision ,but no other song is better than me!" ....and there is truth in it on a personal level....no other contest related piece of music I am aware of can beat this melodically monstrous tune, this perfect rhythmic timing and the overall structural dynamism of it ,coming from the masterful vision of a highly skilled singer ,composer and performer....in fact for those properly knowledgeable about him...a world class underappreciated talent....despite the song having or not the potential winning sound according to the desperate "critic" wannabe lyricomaniacs! It remains however the ultimate in music making!:)
I liked this song since the first listen, back in 2010. Unfortunately, it didn't get the final, but it think the song and Miro are much more than that presentation. Just take a look at his bulgarian hits, like Suvenir!
Why this song was never meant to be a qualifier for the final is hard to believe. I hope in the future there will be a songcontest of Eurovision acts which did not qualify but to prove the juries and televoters were so terribly wrong. In that case 12 points for this entry, 10 to Belgium’s Kate Ryan ( Je t’adore ) and 8 points goes to the Dutch Glennis Grace ( My impossibile dream ).
a very good production of Bulgaria back in 2010( its 17 now), his vocals did falter on some points, but lo and behold they managed to carry on!! Very goodlooking guy as well. How did they do in eurovision that year and what became of Miro afterwards??
Then the song wouldn’t make sense ....just try to envision it...... I don’t see why people should over “problematize” the lack of lyrics and their substitution with the infamous “ooooohhh” ...
Some say too repititive but come on there have been worse songs on esc. It is pity he didnt make it better because actually it has some melody, is catchy and a good dance song. Maybe as some say he lookef a bit cocky or like Elvis. Maybe...maybe this made him fail. Like i remember this Russian Singer Alexey ...Vorobiev ? Or what was his name? He was also too cool and ... well, you may remember. Though the song was Ok. But he also did not make it so well like other russian representatives later or before him.
Except that they are only in visual performative terms related......since the musical quality and clarity of the song and vocal calibre of the artist is very divergent/ differentiating.....in favor of Angel si ti :);)
This is so bad I couldn't even finish hearing it The guys are amazing indeed but the excessive ohhhhh Is just a pain to hear and the rest of the lyrics aren’t doing the song any favors
Great voice, Miro but : The song should been in Bulgarian , in English it’s not good Sometimes it’s too cocky And why the dancers of Tereza Kerndlová came ? However deserved Top 30
@BillGreek I like this bulgarian-english mix, and full english version of this song is amazing too. Performance and outfit could've been better, but now is late for change. :D Fun fact: Miro and croatian group Feminnem recorded a duet song in 2009, and next year they represented their countries on ESC in the same semi-final and nobody of them didn't made a final. :D
Translation Bulgarian to English : Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ohhhhhhhhhhhh ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh we were kids . Some have grown up ...... Ohhhhhhhhhhhh hoohohohohohohoo
Poli and Sofi can not hold a candle to this guy for your enlightening information......I mean....don't you even have your eyes in the right place if not ears ...??/
@@arditi.8790 You have no arguments so I can't take your opinion seriously. This guy failed to qualify and Poli came top 5 in the final. I think this tells whose ears don't work x
@@pomina5653 Still that typical postmodern review associative of the popularity of the song with its artistic quality ...A more likeable song does not imply musically a greater intrinsic value of a song more than a case of mass audience appeal......I am not saying anything intentionally bad and unappreciative of Poli .....I pretty much love and worship her too indeed.....simply being a long time admirer of Bg pop music and having followed their careers in their country respectively .....I am able to differentiate between who is who......Miroslav Kostadinov is easily their best Pop star and most experienced and talented musician and even in that point in time (2010 Esc representation ) there was no way he could have gone wrong by not sending the right song......most probably he was too independent minded and soulful for such competition .....or the song itself was ahead of its time:) Cheers Pomina:)
Miro’s Angel si Ti has nothing to do compositionally with Proeski’s namesake title ........no copyright issues here .... fact check your claims macedonians......
