@SinsofScientology Just checking, do you mean his name didn't appear on documents/statements regarding what happened to Lisa McPherson or are you including all documents in regards to the wrongful death suit? The argument that was posed back by Jon Atack in his video with Mike Rinder is that Rinder's name doesn't appear on any documents directly related to the case (specifically in regards to Carmen Rainer). And my point is that his name not appearing on documents does not exclude his involvement in the issuing of orders, coordinating efforts and giving direction to named parties.

Are you referring to the police & court documents or have you also included the documents Mr Rinder had in his possession when he left? I’ll definitely check out the series on your channel - it sounds very interesting. 💜

@@againstthedarkarts we reviewed all the legal public documents. Police reports sworn statements and nowhere on there does his name appear, and Scientology usually has a representative there when others are making statements. We also found an audio clip where Marty says Miscavige called him and asked why wasn’t he there taking control of the situation. So it looks like to me like they already had other OSA people there doing damage control. I get that feeling he uses the Lisa case as a way to distant himself from yours and not answer the hard questions. At the same time he seems to know a lot about your case for someone who claims to have been busy with the Lisa McPherson tragedy.

@@againstthedarkarts Im finding it difficult to articulate it but even in that clip he generalizes what Miscavige said to others never to him. If I was so involved in the aftermath of Lisa’s case I would say, Miscavige would tell me or direct us. It’s odd that only Marty new about his involvement. Then who was he coaching or who was he interacting with to derail the investigation? It would have to be with someone within the church who was involved in the care of Lisa or lack there of.
